I placed an order, with this cafe..! Through Uber eats. I was informed the below is what I requested and it was my fault and Uber eats fault...?! Looking at their menu they do not offer this monstrosity. They have the check to charge £13.50 for this. I was informed I could not have my correct order or a refund. I was informed I would have to wait four days for a replacement burger! As it was my fault. This company became aggressive.. To add insult I left a review and their response was a lie!!! Again blaming myself and swearing!! Disgusting company greasy spoon at it's best DO NOT WASTE A PENNY A BUY FROM CAFE !
If you want half a breakfast with 3 hairs in, this is the place to go. Food hygiene at its finest. 2 short black hair and 1 long light hair. Absolutely disgusting! Warehouse lads just been up. Yet another hair in this food.
So happy to see this establishment end up in the right hands. Liam and his team are fanatical about flavour and the customer service experience is second to none. Keep it up Fella. 10/10

First time ordering on Ubereats, sent the complete wrong food after waiting 30 mins then when i phoned I was told she'd just got on shift and doesn't know what's going on and can't help me. I've got a refund from Uber yes but it's not the point when you're hungry. Wont be returning, what a good way to avoid repeat business
Ordered on Uber Eats but for some reason you can only rate the driver and not the food.
We have ordered from Selections a few times and the food has always been really nice. Tonight however it was inexplicably covered in onion and spring onions. This wasn't the case the last time we have ordered. You need to specify if you are adding extra ingredients to a customers box. This completely ruined the meal and left the bottom half of the box inedible as it just tasted of onion. This meant food was wasted that would otherwise have been eaten. Really disappointed and will have to remember in future to say no onions. I think you need to change your menu if you have now started adding onions to custom boxes. Customers have a right to know exactly what they are ordering so they can ask for it to be removed if needed.
Had a lovely chicken rice box delivered by Uber eats I forgot to add my daughters tea ???? so rang the shop and spoke to Katie who didn’t hesitate to help out the mess I’d made right the food came only half hour later and was so hot and delicious so thank you once again Katie excellent asset to the business
Food was lovely ! We were served by a young girl called Charlotte who was very welcoming and helpful , would highly recommend
