The location is great and when needed help with something, we got the response we needed. The condo was clean and organized with updated appliances. The only problem is the front room had very little air flow from the AC vents so we had to have 2 fans going most of the time. Overall we enjoyed it and would give this location another try. It does have an outdoor shower and a pool with access to the beach from the pool.

Condo is on the beach! Has a pool.

Literally steps away from the ocean.

24 hours the staff is right there ready and willing to help!!! Which is a huge plus these days!!

3 places to park if needed. On-site and literally right next door is the overflow lot. Plus parking is also available at the main check in office.

Hoping this is the start to a long lasting relationship with Dunes and the beach!!

Stayed at the Seamasters Condo in Garden City last week on vacation. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, unit 414, Vrbo. Very clean and nice. Had all of the amenities including stackable washer and dryer. A few very small things, a few lightbulbs needed replacing snd elevator made a grinding noise and shook when stopping. Other than that, the view of the ocean was amazing, roomy condo with nice furnishings, decor and comfortable beds. Linens provided which was a plus! NiceTV’s in each room, nice bathrooms and nice pool downstairs. Very nice condos in a great location. Close to Garden City Pier, arcades, ice cream, etc. Also closer to Murrells Inlet and great seafood restaurants, Russell’s, Lee’s, etc. Also close to Paradice ice cream and stores. Anything you could want/need is right there! Would definitely stay there again.

This is a good place to stay if you want great beach access. We'll kept property with under building parking. Walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the store.

Beach is cold in January. Sister stayed a few days comfortable. Pool and on the beach.

Great ocean views. Easy ocean access. Nice pool.

Great place to stay . . . ( is more outta the way, from the large summer/tourist crowds, but still close enough to get anywhere you’d like to go/see/do!! ). . . . HaveFUN!
