After 3 years of client loyalty, I shall never be returning.
Without fail, I always make my next appointment prior to leaving my current appointment. Making appointments here is usually your best bet when going in for a service; however, that was absolutely not the case today. I made an appointment for today at 11AM with Jason and arrived around 10:50AM. At 11:24AM, I was told that the young woman next to me was next because she arrived first. I reiterated that I had an appointment for 11AM, but that meant nothing. She was sat down and Jason started her nails. I reiterated that I did not understand how I waited 30 minutes for an appointment that should have started 24 minutes prior to that conversation, to which the response was "I'm very busy today."
Clearly client loyalty means nothing. 3 years of 2 - 3 appointments per month means nothing.
All I can say is WOW. Thank you for revealing yourself.

Horrible service! Had an appointment, they kept me waiting both times I went there. Charged additional fee to use pumice on feet (mine are not that callussed). Charged additional fee to cut nails shorter. Asked how much tip I was paying. OMG! Horrible customer service! Could hardly speak English. All done with a guy named Mason. I will NEVER go back there again! Honor the appointment time and get better at customer service!!! ????????????????????
Horrible customer service. They do not honor scheduled appointments due to poor planning and a terrible scheduling system. Years of customer loyalty ruined because of customer neglect.
i went there got a gel full set, less than 1/2 long and was charged $71.. no design just plain color. way over priced for low quality nails
Such a wonderful experience. Place was booked but Summer was able to accommodate and give me a pedicure and manicure. First time getting a dip powder but it ended up looking really nice. Will come again!
$49 mani pedi, but they might want to mention: it’s not much more than a polish change. Anything outside of a 30 second foot scrub is additional $$, I had to ASK the technician to trim my toenails and also to do the cuticles on my hands.
It’s a nice place with great staff, but don’t go for basic anything, it really shouldn’t be called a mani pedi.
