Came here on a recommendation from a work colleague and he wasn't wrong. Nice spacious restaurant which was very clean and very nice friendly staff. They were busy when we got there so the food took a little time to come but it was worth the wait. Very tasty well cooked breakfast and my mates Eggs Benedict looked amazing. Definitely recommend ????????????
Wonderful cafe with the most helpful staff. My filming crew for a documentary about Ukrainians living in Bristol came into the cafe for lunch and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They even asked a Ukrainian lady who worked at the cafe to provide service to our Ukrainian participants so they could speak in their home language with her, super helpful, would definitely return again! Thank you!

We popped in for a cuppa and toasted teacakes. My other half said it was a good coffee bean and my hot chocolate was hot and creamy, some places the milk is not hot for long, but here was great. We asked for extra butter for the teacakes which wasn't a problem. Great little find.
Regular attend for a coffee and cake with the family. Welcoming staff with a warm atmosphere. Today we had panini for lunch but if you're early the English breakfast is superb ????
Booked in on a Sunday morning and it was very busy so the atmosphere was great. Although the service was very slow but because it was so busy I tried to let that slide. Most of the food was delicious, although the portion sizes have decreased significantly sadly but I guess the cost of living crisis hits everyone including businesses. Overall I would go again but try to choose a less busy time to go.
The all day breakfast is wonderful, possibly top 5 of the all day breakfast that I tried in Englnd. I really enjoy the food. Besides,the quality of the cake is fair, not a must-have.
However,if you come here during bank holidays or weekend,you may need to wait for super long time. I went to the restaurantat 1330 and my food are ready at around 1450. I understand bank holidays is busy, but I don't think waiting for 80 minutes is reasonable.
Nice surroundings however not very accommodating. We wanted to add avocado to a breakfast option and was told that they wouldn’t do that. Strange as they had avocado as an option on other options.
Having seen your reply, it’s obvious that you didn’t listen to our request. We asked can we order poached eggs and avocado. We didn’t want to swap anything. I was happy to pay whatever you wanted to charge me, however I was just told NO. That’s why I was disappointed. All you had to do was say YES we can do that but it will be extra. Just to be told NO doesn’t seem very accommodating.
Amazing location. Very good food and very consistent! All the staff are lovely and make it a nice atmosphere. Go there regularly and will definitely continue to do so!
