I loved the highlights and the haircut. They did a wonderful job♥️

0 rating. They made my hair FALL OUT!The texture of my hair had changed for the worse. My hair was hard and brittle. It all fell out within 2-7 days after going to them. My hair was down by my shoulders. Now it is up by my ears, I can barely get a ponytail. I asked for black dye. She burned the back of my neck. I did point this out to her, she lied and told me I had a pimple. A couple days after that my hair started falling out. I believe they are putting perms in peoples hair and putting them under the dryer. She had chemical in my hair and had me under the dryer for 35 minutes. Now I have no hair. I am NOT going back. I have added photos of this experience. One picture with my hair looking health is what they took away from me!! I have added a picture with the chemical they had in my hair, another photo of the burn on the back of my neck ( taken the day of the process) This place is ruining peoples hair. This place also goes by the business name of Geraldine Beauty Salon too!!

I love the wash lady she’s my favorite but they just can’t handle the challenge of my thick hair! If you have think hair I would check out places in Baltimore cause they have you bone straight! It’s just convenient for me cause I’m close to Glen Burnie but I definitely feel like I wasted money…….

The ladies are usually friendly and nice but the store manager can be rude and short with customers which is a shame because she should set the tone for the other stylist and should be the most professional one in the shop.

Five star Suzuki the rest it zero stars Rosie took all my hair out. I had to cut it off and start all over. Smh

Sukie is the BEST hairstylist I haven't had my hair done since the pandemic. And it was like old times felt GREAT to have my hair done and looking GREAT!!

I agree that most the ladies that work there are rude, act as though they're annoyed to work with you, and will talk about you in their native tongue. But I can't bad mouth the great hair results they deliver. Although they have the worst customer service.... I might go back because I really like what they did to my hair. You just have to be a hard axx back to them and they will come to respect you.

I originally gave this review 5 stars but after I got my blow out and wore it for a month my hair texture had changed. My hair was stiff and my natural curly hair was straight. This has NEVER happened to me before. I have not returned since and when I went to a different stylist months later there was still heat damage.
