I come here often and get my hair done I even referred my mother daughter and grandmother here

I came here on my lunch break today. I thought my braids looked a little messed up. I called and asked if I could come after work she said yes. I come and Im sitting for 40 minutes for them to correct something that takes 5 minutes and that was the back of the braids. This isnt my first time coming but everytime I come to one of these African spots it reminds me even more that they dont care once they get your money. This looks a mess in my head.

Unprofessional and very condescending I texted them and ask them what style of braids can they do for 160 and they said knotless. But when I got there and as they started to do my hair it didn’t look right so when I asked the owner she acted like she had an attitude .That I didn’t seem to like my hair. And then she said 160 is really not enough for knotless they was doing me a favor which I didn’t even ask for. I just wanted to know if they did a style of braid for 160. Why would you say 160 if you don’t do them for that much.Why change your price when my head is halfway done.They was also rough on my natural hair after I asked did they know how to handle natural hair. They stopped my hair to do someone else’s. Overall a very disgusting experience.

It was my first time there and I am very pleased with my hair thou I am moving I will go back before we leave

My hair doesn't look like I asked. Instead of ms. Fifi allowing the stylist to explain what I asked for so she can better understand. She chose to argue with me. I had people I don't know walk up to say my natural hair is showing through the butterfly locs. I never would have guessed paying$230 would result to a patch of hair missing in my back left. Wasn't like that before coming to the shop. My middle back is so tight I have bumps growing. I'm dissatisfied with the service and will be returning to have the hair removed and my money returned.

So I gave them 4 stars because I love how neat they do my long knotless and how fast it done. So since they moved they be changing higher prices without tell their customers and I don't like that. They should inform you when you call their prices went up and should tell you how much before you even drive all the way there and pay for parking.
