Did a nice job on dip nails pricey but it's at the going rate for the area. Nice salonist.

Generally speaking, I have had okay experiences, but this time around was very frustrating. Sat for close to 2 hours before anyone was able to get to me. Had my feet sitting in the water long enough to where it got cold and they had to add more to warm it up. I would’ve rather had them tell me that I should come back later than waste my morning. I understand being short staffed, but know when you can’t handle the amount of people coming in. Will not be returning to this business, I’m sad to say. I genuinely hope other people get better service in the future.

This place was really unprofessional. They didn’t remove all the dipping powder off my nails from my old set and continued to dip my nails into their dipping powder without soaking them correctly for a new set. They dipped my nails more then three times and my nails were burning. I have never experienced that sensation on my nails before. I went back to the salon to tell them about the burning feeling in my nails in the nicest way possible but they were so rude about it and they didn’t want to give me a refund either. I won’t be returning to this place and wouldn’t want you guys to experience the same thing that I did.

Not very professional personal! My niece came to get her retouch on her nails and they were very rude to her, her right hand nails were shorter than the left side, she felt bad going back in but after she felt a burning sensation on her hands to the point were it wouldn’t stop burning, She went back in and nicely asked if they could remove them and she could get her money back, and they responded rudely telling her they would remove them but not refund her any money, that her nails must just be very sensitive! Umm no, you just didn’t take your time and didn’t care about the customer experience! She gets her nails done very often and never had this issue, they took advantage that she’s a young girl and refused to give her a refund. She will never come back to this place and we recommend that if you experience bad service here & they don’t do a good job then speak up before you pay or else the same thing will happen to you! Cheap isn’t always good quality! Come at your own risk of rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Hands down the best place in town to get your nails done. They have the sweetest staff and they do a great job!
