Zeena ji is incredible at what she does... my eyebrows have never looked as amazing as they have after she was done with them. She is so talented at what she does and so sweet. Her place is super clean. Absolutely amazing experience,Thank you so very much Zeena ji!

Nasty attitude! As soon as I walked in this Mcdylan lady said if I can come another time, literally told me to come the next day. She’s done my eyebrows before and she find it hard to do SO SHE TELLS A CUSTOMER TO LEAVE!!! As i’m paying she gives her unsolicited advice that I have white hair and asks if i “pluck” my hair. Like i’m a teenager!!! She didn’t even know how to do them, felt like she was ripping my skin!!!

BIG NO.Zeena is so rude and the service is horrible. The service she provides and the way she receives people who visit her store is awful. I’m rating it 1 as it is the minimum I can give.

I went for hair cut and she was talking things about my hair health as if she is a dermatologist. she didn’t listen to me or my requirements. She said that my hair is oily after she did some haircut.

Firstly, I washed my hair and went to salon for haircut. And they should check the hair condition and start doing hair cut. But she started doing hair cut and then said that hair is not good. And also said so many unwanted things. Better if she stays bit silent while providing service and stop giving so many unwanted suggestions.

Customers would love to visit if they are treated good and if they maintain good atmosphere. Not if they are insulted or treated bad

Zena does an excellent job in performing haircuts and threading! Services are great

I went to go get my eyebrows done and this new lady came and did them, I did not know she was new and I assumed she had experience. Doing them took around 10 minutes, when it should usually take around 5 and it was done terribly. There was no shape or anything. Then her superior came over to fix it, but made them thinner instead. The attitude of both employees was not ok and I’ve already had a bad experience with them so so don’t recommend.

Zina is a very friendly person and does a great job everytime I visit her.

Has amazing service, with great prices! I went in to get my hair dyed, and Zina not only gave me a free treatment but a full blowout at the end, she provides a very safe and comforting environment for her clients.. my hair was very damaged and in the end I came out with a beautiful Hazel Brown color and my hair felt so silky and smooth!

- she kept me on facial steaming and went to have lunch

- did not wash the hands and mouth and after 30 min when I am almost suffocating in vapour came back for massage. I could smell what she ate. Felt terrible could not get rid of that smell.

- after face pack, she wiped a bit and asked me to clean by myself, i was shocked as i could not reach by back where she applied all the pack and gel

- burnt my hand inside elbow and my blood vessels are out after waxing..

NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE TIME .
