You can't beat the price here. At the time of our stay we paid $340 a week for one room, one bed and two people. It's even cheaper for a single person. There are 10 rooms in this motel. The owners are great... They sell stone statues which are in the front yard. They also have barn sales. The bed was so comfortable. Nice little refrigerator with freezer. Microwave and flat-screen TV. Great shower. Clean room. No issues. It's very dark here at night. No lights.

I have never seen such display of filth in my life. German roaches were trying to steal my car keys. The male owner has a dirty mouth that only drunk sailor has. The black light revealed things that only belong in science fiction books. After 15 minutes , me an my company were checking out and he refused to give us our money back. Even after the German roaches tried to steal the car keys. Also he and another 2 people there are breaking in to cars and homes in Quail Haven subdivision...

The rooms were nice and service was excellent.

Stacy and her husband Don are super nice people. The rooms are quaint. They provide a small heater in each room. The water is well and it is a bit hard and smells of iron. But it has good water pressure and it's hot. It is pretty quiet here. There is stores and restaurants close by. Don also makes Wonderful concrete statues and planters and bird baths. Very reasonably priced! Check them out, he will give you a good deal! Great weekly rate with no deposit.

Owner are very kind and helpful. They have weekly rate , clean rooms , washer and dryer .beautiful statuses for sale from bird bath and lions too dolphins and angles.

Something for everyone's yards. It's a Must See.

The owner is a master creator of concrete statuaries. There was probably close to a thousand different statues all around the grounds. We bought several and i can't wait to go back for more once i get my landscaping settled.

The owner was very nice, a true American Patriot! Purchased two small concrete statues, several to choose from. He is a Great Business Owner in Mims.

Owners were professional and courteous. Prices are good. Stayed in room too and also in room eight. Room 2 had one bed king size bed. Cold AC window units worked well. Check out is at 10 a.m. Not used that but was fine.
