First time going in today, had an amazing experience because the value is great for the service they provide! They were gentle in handling my nails and hands. Sweet people who always checked with me often if I like what was being done on my nails and check if I was okay with their work so far. I loved my nails! I also had nail art done and it looked amazing! I’m lucky and thankful for such a wonderful experience the first time going in!honestly, I didn’t know what to expect but I’m definitely coming back!i also loved the clean and spacious interior! It was so nice and pleasing! I got almond shaped dip powder nails with nail art and gem!
Edit: I came back and I’m still in love with their work! I got Valentine’s Day nails this time! Glittery white French tips.
I tried out a new salon, as my current tech is on a month long vacation. The staff accommodated my request for an acrylic fill on my nails instead of being pushy and only offering dip nails. I am more than satisfied with the outcome and will definitely consider coming back! Thank you! ❤️
Salon Xpression has been our go-to salon ever since they opened. The staff are always very friendly, the prices are good, and the care we receive is always excellent. We get pedicures at least once a month to ward off in grown toe nails, and the staff at SX are exceptional. Toes always look and feel nice after. We go most often for the signature pedicure (which includes the best hand and hot stone massage of your life!) but have also had great experiences with gel manicures, French manicures, and waxing services. 10/10 I recommend this salon to everyone I know.
I had the BEST experience at Salon Xpression today. I have been going here regularly for about 7 months now and have never left disappointed. Today, they went above and beyond. I was a few minutes late on a busy Saturday, so they had to have me wait for a few minutes. Fine, that was my fault and it gave me time to really decide what I wanted. When they got me to a table, they took care of me while also managing the phone and register. I was thanked multiple times for being patient, though it was my fault that I had to wait. Katie took over my nails, and we had a great time. She always makes kind conversation and does amazing work. She reshaped my nails from squaoval to almond like it was nothing. I wanted ombre nails, but it didn't work with the colors I chose. Instead of letting me get something that wouldn't look good, Katie came up with a new design that I love even more than what I asked for. The total was WAY less than I thought it would be, though I tipped generously to pay what I had expected to pay. I will continue to use this nail salon as long as I can.
I have been coming here for at least 5-6 years religiously. I understand my nail tech was out for an appointment I scheduled at least a week in advance. I get it they can get sick and my nail tech has back issues, who wouldn't in this industry. The experience I had was so awful I won't be coming back. I scheduled a pedicure and dip shape and polish for my nails. I only asked that I have a certain nail tech for my dip. I had asked to have my polish removed from my toes. Sam then rushed through everything, no file down on my nails, a painful "massage" that was so rushed. He filed my finger nails at the wrong speed and wrong drill head and my nails hurt afterwards. I sat down for my dip with someone I didn't requestand said my nails hurt and I may need a break from dip or tips added. The tech I did request who I know well came over and I explained what was going on. I guess it was decided to just remove and cut down my nails and be done. No ask of a manicure to help fix my nails or at least put on a nail hardener. I spent an 1.5 hr at home fixing my nails and placing a hardener and redoing my pedicure and manicure. If someone who has come to a business for years is treated like this, I wonder how a new person is treated. I will not be coming back.
Michelle has done my nails for years and has been doing my daughter’s nails recently. We always have a great time in the salon and I have never left disappointed! Michelle is amazing and I couldn’t think of going anywhere else! I would definitely recommend!
I absolutely love this nail salon and Ann is so wonderful! The environment is very relaxing, the owners and staff are very king and courteous. Attention to detail always wins my business! Special thank you for today with my crazy morning!!!
Came in for a simple manicure and to remove the no chip nail polish I had prior. I was serviced by an older man and was told I was done when I still had nail polish and my nails were not shaped. I showed the young lady at the front desk and she proceeded to tell me she could see the issue and will call the manager. Manager attempted to fix the issue but was clearly very upset with me for speaking up. I ended up paying for the worst service I have ever experienced.
