I have been visiting Stephanie since David passed and it was hard at first but Stephanie definitely knows hair she always I mean always gives me the best experience each time I go In to get my hair done. I would rather not go anywhere else. She definitely made me feel like family. So if you need a day for self care and love. Stephanie the only way to go look forward to our next visit. Stephanie is the greatest!! I went in with no idea of what I wanted and came out loving my hair. And that hasn't happened in along time. She was so knowledgeable and didn't force anything on me. And the atmosphere was so laid back and comfortable. I have found my new hair salon. Thanks Stephanie!!

I went to Stephanie Jones and she did absolutely amazing! Like, I love my hair now. I feel like a whole new me. And that’s exactly what I wanted…something different, something new! She nailed it!????????‍♀️ She listened to what I was looking for and was so informative on products and styles and just different ways of doing things. I loved it and her! Her whole personality, she just made the atmosphere so welcoming. It was a very great experience!☺️

I have used Salon West a few times now and the atmosphere is inviting and very pleasant. I see Stephanie who does an amazing job. I get cuts and colors and she knows what my hair needs when she sees me.

I had the worse experience. I wanted a subtle bayalage but everything came out patchy and harsh. She didnt explain any of the steps for me and botched my bangs as well. She kept saying how dry my hair was. You just bleached it. And when she went to style, she blew dried it really quick and tried to curl but said my hair wasnt curling because it was still wet. Then she was done. It looked horrible. I had grown my hair out for 2 years without using heat or dyes only to have the end result look like this. What I got vs what I wanted. I naturally had black hair. I dont know why you had to lift my hair for that long. You say you had 20+ years of experience. This work is terrible

Absolutely love my hairstylist, Misty Crawford! She is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained her recommended techniques for my hair. Due to having gray hair, I’ve used boxed color in the past…approximately every 4 weeks for touch ups. ???? When I met with her initially, she was understanding and we discussed the journey required to get my desired results. She did a beautiful job blending my grays and now I’m excited to say, I touch up every couple of months, rather than every 4 weeks. Her technique is wonderful and I honestly recommend anyone looking to highlight or welcome the dreaded grays to visit her!!

Pinterest pics are great to have, but trust in your stylist when they say some things just take time. I had dark hair and wanted a nice “mushroom-gray blend and I’m happy to say that, Misty has helped me achieve it!

The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. I’m able to relax and I find myself closing my eyes and nodding off throughout my session.
