I love how clean the facility is. The staff is very welcoming. Hair appointment are available, and prices will beat anyone! Brooke does an amazing job. They offer you a snack and drink. I always leave feeling like I look like a million dollars!!! You literally feel like family with your stylist.
BEWARE! I booked an appointment with Rebekah for my engagement and pregnancy announcement pictures and Rebekah turned my hair black and blue with two yellow stripes when I had asked for a balayage with a face frame. She asked the hair stylist next to her for color remover after realizing my hair was blue ???? It just got worse from there...she offered to fix it at no cost, but after being there 6 hours and it looking like this after she attempted to fix it, I was beside myself!! She absolutely refused to refund my money after ruining my hair because that is “her policy”! What professional hair stylist does this?
