The parking lot remains a crime against humanity. The entrance and exit are poorly marked. The West entrance is at such a steep grade that it’s hard to assess oncoming traffic and the right turn radius is too tight to safely enter traffic.
The traffic flow is badly designed and poorly marked. Is it one-way? Hard to know.
There are a few badly placed handicapped spaces at one corner of the building to serve the medical marijuana dispensary. Otherwise, it is handicap-hostile.
Perhaps the worst part is that many parking spaces are ankle-deep in standing water when there is precipitation.
The lot is virtually unchanged in the 35 years I’ve been using it.
Shameless??
The interior of the restaurant we dined in appeared run down and unkempt. The parking lot had trash strewn all about. There was even suspicious activity as we were leaving the plaza.
For the most part has decent places and pretty clean area.

One of the most prevalent issues mentioned by multiple individuals is the poor condition of the parking lot. Commentators express frustration over the lack of clear markings at the entrance and exit, making navigation difficult. The West entrance, in particular, poses a safety concern due to its steep grade, limiting visibility of oncoming traffic and making it challenging to merge safely. Additionally, the right turn radius is too tight, posing a risk when entering traffic. These parking lot conditions are cited as a significant weakness of Sabraton Plaza.
Another notable weakness highlighted by multiple commentators is the inadequate traffic flow design and markings within the plaza. It is not clear whether the traffic flow is one-way or not, causing confusion. This ambiguity can lead to potential accidents and congestion. Insufficient signage and unclear traffic patterns are additional weaknesses of this establishment.
A lack of accommodations for handicapped individuals is also mentioned by one commentator. They state that only a few handicapped parking spaces are available, and these are poorly placed, presumably to serve a medical marijuana dispensary. This observation highlights the plaza's failure to prioritize accessibility and inclusivity, contributing to a handicap-hostile environment.
