We’ve been to several groomers, but no one compares to Naomi and her team. We’ve been going to Naomi for a year now and it’s been consistent overall. They’re very attentive, gentle, and the cuts are amazing! Miso doesn’t seem to be overwhelmed either and appreciate how it is a smaller shop.
Absolutely love Ruff N Fluff. And the staff is amazing! Our dog gets so excited when we tell her she's going to the spa today. She can't wait to go there and be pampered! Thank you for being an amazing groomer for our special little girl! ♥️

My sweet little 10lb Shih tzu/Yorkie mix that I rescued last year, is such a sweet little man. I seriously don't think he knows how to be mean or even fight back... He is now @4&1/2yrs old and he's been through a lot. I'm his 3rd owner. He's silent because his first owner had his "bark" removed. Who does that to a dog?? ????
Anyway, I needed to mention all that because the first groomers I took him to ended up clipping a chunk of skin off of his shoulder and the owner wouldn't even apologize or want to see his wound.... ???? She just said that I should find another groomer!... Ummm.... NO PROBLEM!!! He couldn't even whine, whimper or bark, to say THAT HURT!! ???????????? I'm pretty sure they never even remember that, even though it was written down. ???????? THATS JUST MESSED UP!!!
SO.... It was scary, but I had to try and trust someone again. That's where Ruff N Fluff came in to the picture and they absolutely saved the day!!! I'm so sorry that they had to bathe him "3 times" to get the him clean and I had been paying this other place $15 just for his baths!! His fur looks and feels so much nicer now!! They cared enough to do that for us!!
We won't go anywhere else now! They love what they do and it's so obvious!! They're so personal and after just 2 appointments my little guy looked like he owned the place, when I picked him up! ???? I absolutely loved that so much!! ????

We always have such a great experience with Naomi and Makenna and their team. Our fur babies,???? Rex and Sophie looked amazing like always. They always treat our puppies with so much care and love and patience.

I am so in love with all the groomers at Ruff and Fluff. At my other groomer, Duncan was all anxious and nervous until he went for his spa day! They always do a wonderful job and follow the Biblical Scriptures in Genesis; that we are stewards of our little fluffier- they are always obedient to Jehovah's direction! TU for your sweetness and love to not only my precious dog but to me as well! TU for everything you do for Duncan and me! Caring, tender hearted and know what they are doing. Wouldn't take my fur baby any place else. He comes out so handsome and perfectly done. Efficient and reasonable. If at first there is no answer, they are busy giving loving attention to your beloved pet. Keep trying!
The girls are the best, knowledgeable and so sweet to the doggies???? my chihuahua is a typical little guy who hates all new ppl but for whatever reason he loves both the girls! He lets them take him out of my arms which is just short a miracle. They’re hasty and don’t make you wait if you need a groomer in south sound area try these chicks out they’re worth it!
If I could give 10 stars I would. They were very friendly, took excellent, loving care grooming my badly matted cat. I have already made her next appointment. They are my new regular groomer. Cat groomers are so hard to find and now that I have found them I will never have to look for a new groomer again.
