I highly recommend Royal Strokes! I have been going to Fely for years to get my eyebrows done. She is a true artist and is always updating/maintaining her skills with the most up to date techniques. The establishment is also beautiful and clean.

This establishment is very professional- Feile(not sure of the spelling) the owner is amazing- explains step by step as she is doing her artistic work! Would highly recommend!

Loveeee the aesthetics in the salon, staff are knowledgeable and take their time. Sad to see bad reviews here, I only have had my brows waxed here so far… but am looking forward to getting other services in the future. Walked in a few minutes late for my appointment because I went to the old salon on accident, but no worries, no wait, and I wasn’t rushed!

Ladies I never like to leave bad reviews but I started to find reviews very helpful when looking for services and appreciate honest reviews from previous customers. It really helps when searching for the right company to spend your hard earned money on. As a single mother and a person who saved up enough money to get my eyebrows done I'd really hate for someone else to end up with the results and service I received. When I was younger I over plucked my eyebrows because that's what was in style...big mistake... but not as bad as getting permanent makeup brows that make you feel ugly instead of enhancing your beauty. I can honestly say I regret getting my eyebrows done and spending over $600 on something I could have had my kid draw on my face. Everyone notices how much higher one eyebrow is from the other and how different the shape of the eyebrows are. It's a bad look on the business so I tried contacting the owner Fely to let her know and not only did she not care about the customer but she basically told me my face was asymmetrical. How does she justify the curled tail of one of the brows?? I wonder why they didn't post my pictures of the end result even after I gave them permission to share... I hope this helps anyone looking to get permanent makeup done.

My experience and services was so great!! Fely is such a great artist and business owner. She has so many skills and is such a pleasant person. This was my first ever microblading session and the result were amazing! So happy and excited to see what my eyebrows look like after they heal. I definitely would recommend this studio!

A service I was told would take two hours, ended up taking 3 and a 1/2.

My eyelids were glued together too many times to count.

Paid 100 dollars for uneven, droopy lashes. Would not recommend.

I never leave reviews but I feel this needs to be addressed. This is the second time I have went there to get my eyelashes done. The first time I came there about a month ago the lady doing my eyelashes was rude and did not make me comfortable. I had to ask for a cushion because she did not offer one and kept asking me to scoot up and I had to sit that way with my neck lifted up to her liking for 3 hours. Through those 3 hours I had to listen the girls that work there talk very loudly and laugh and tell stories about their boyfriends and going out. They were VERY LOUD. They were not respectful at all whatsoever. This place (I thought) was supposed to be a place to come and get pampered, get pretty, and relax but that was not the case at all. I had a headache from everyone screaming so loudly the entire time. I was not going to go back to this place, but I decided to give the place another try bc I do like the products that they use and thought maybe it was just a one time bad experience. (Not the case) I got booked on a Monday (I got excited bc they are usually closed and the girl decided to work on her day off) thinking it was going to be a quite experience this time around. The lady doing my eyelashes was very nice but there was another worker girl in the salon (she was not working on anyone just there to talk). She brought her boyfriend in and let him sit in the chair next to me, while she again was talking super loud and started telling story after story, then calling multiple people on her cell phone. This was so unprofessional. I was furious. I asked the girl doing my eyelashes if they would ever make an exception to go eyelashes in the facial room, (where it would be QUITE) she proceeded to say no then continued to talk to her coworker while the lady continued telling her stories and laughing and talking so loud. I will not be returning to this place. They do not know how to respect and be professional at this place. Everyone is paying $100's of dollars and come here to relax and get away to get pampered. Not to hear loud woman telling stories of their love life's and problems. The owner should be ashamed of letting these girls drive people away. Disappointed!!

Fely is AMAZING. This lady definitely knows what’s she’s doing. I got micro-balding done by her. I got an amazing results. Way more than expected. She’s very nice and cares for what you want. If you need your brows done, You’re at the right place.
