Where to begin. I’ve been here a few times over the years and it’s worse than ever. Staff is rude and not very good at what they do. The lady who did my pedicure could barely see what she was doing and left my nails uneven and even jagged in some places. And don’t bring your child here, they act like it’s a huge inconvenience to provide a service to them…probably because they don’t get a larger tip. Then when the lady finished my pedicure, as I was tipping her, she had the nerve to ask me if I was going to tip the girl who did the pedicure for my granddaughter…mind you this girl had finished and left my granddaughter sitting there without even helping her back into her sandals. Never even went back to check on her. I was going to give her a small tip but this lady didn’t even let me get out of my chair without asking if I was going to tip the other girl. On top of all of that, they push for everything extra they can and look shame you when you politely say no thank you. Not ever coming back to this establishment.
Very very poor service. Tech was friendly but service provided was poor and very inattentive. Cuticles were bleeding and a day later still very sore and can’t rub my big toes against anything or press down too hard while walking. Not even a 1/4 way through service the tech threw every dirty towel sponge and whatever else she used in the water while she was still attending to my feet. During the mini massage she literally used one hand while massaging my legs and feet while gawking at the few people walking through the door in parallel of belaboring the cost for service as if the receipt was not in my hand. I had to ask her to forgo the mini massage. It’s so easy to find subpar service today as this is the definition of cafeteria style service with a free bottle of generic water.

Asking the question, am I speaking to the mgr as I have observed you being the only employee answering the phone is not an incorrect question if I do not know your name .Its not as if your customer service skills are impeccable to the point you are introducing yourself before seating customers.
Matter of fact, it was a simple question that required a yes or no answer not an asinine response.

At this time I digress before I become indignant; as you being in customer service managing a nail salon is not worth my energy.
I won't be coming again... the gal managing the place is overly pushy and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth upon check in...

The salon is dirty and dusty. I'm surprised I didn't get an infection after my services as there was no sanitizing practices in place for their tools and pedicure baths.
Excellent experience! My husband and I had some time before our flight out and they were super accommodating, doing our manicures and pedicures at the same time. Everyone was super kind and paid close attention to detail. My husband is raving about how wonderful the hand massage was and how clean his hands now are. Incredibly reasonable prices as well. If we lived here, we would be back for sure!

I came in right before closing and LISA demolished???????? my nails like you could not believe in such good time too. I got these done soooo long again but I kept forgetting to write a review but they were helllla good and I can only thank lisa for that ????????????????. Also the picture is so weird and random but the nails are fabulous ????
Took my daughter 4 her birthday and de gave her great service and laughed wit her and let me sit n a chair while I was getin a massage n she was getin her feet n handz done. Didn't catch thier namez but they were both wonderful. Prices were not bad will def kum back 4 myself soon. My 1st time my daughterz like 1000th time. Thx ladiez u help make my daughter birthday great.
The woman who removed my acrylic nails was very rough, especially when the glue would not give way. When this occurred, she lifted the acrylic and broke my nail. I felt my nail left from my nail bed and she just moved on as if nothing happened. When I asked if there were any bandaids because I was bleeding, she tried pushing the blame on me saying I was the one who broke it. She then put alcohol on a cotton swab and told me to keep it on my nail. When I didn’t do so because of the pain, she told me if I mess with it, it’ll continue to bleed when I never messed with it in the first place. She then went in with her file to get the excess dried glue off my natural nail, making my nail bleed again. She continued to try to pass the blame on me saying I was messing with it. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I suggest they either invest in bandaids or improve their technique. Save your time and go somewhere else.
