Beautiful community, so many amenities.

Played in the billiards room; the place were very clean and well kept, some of the best equipment i ever played on.

Played the golf course. Great track and an excellent staff,. 6 Stars!!!

This place is terrible. Housing is crammed together. Difficult to navigate, confusing and parking is often a great distance from actual residences. I do not know anything about pricing for homes or shared apartment buildings. Not to mention the drainage for sidewalks and common areas is very poor. Bring your waders. The community is somewhat well kept and has a colonial look and feel. There is a golf course, but I do not know the details. Conveniently located near I95 north and south. If you are thinking of buying or living here, get your head examined. Run to somewhere better and do it fast. Whoever designed this place is an idiot!

I am a resident for quite sometime time,)20yrs. people are wonderful & helpful . I purchased while Iwas still working there’s a NY bus at entrance gate (convenient)was you can’t beat the look/ambiance - (like an English Village),nor the value !!Service is great as are the staff.

You would not be sorry if you decide to become a resident here, you would only be glad! Take a tour/look & see for yourself, many amenities & fun

Most if not all Condos have 2 bedrooms 2baths, &carport with storage cabinets. Besides common-storage area, as well.

Beautiful gardens, extremely well maintained, everyone is friendly and accommodating. They have the most trips, clubs and amenities compared to others in the area. New York City bus is at the entrance and runs numerous times today until 10 p.m.

Scary at night! Really ominous. Hold that thought only till you see it in the day time. Green with a golf course on one side...someone would.love the thought of living right across such a fabulous fold course. Certainly a safe place for old folks!
