Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Would give 0 starts if I could. They are more willing to make people wait and do a sub par job than turn business away. I asked for dip powder and the lady bounced back and force between me and another girl the whole time, while rushing at both. She was slamming things around, slapping the stuff on my nails, ramming at them with the file and sander, without trimming/shaping my nails like I asked for TWICE. My nails ended up having spots with missing color, lumps, uneven parts, and extremely thick. She then asked me to pay and I said that I’d like her to fix them. She argued with me several times and tried to file my nails off rather than putting more color on them! She finally agreed to fix them but only made them worse, and by the time she was done every single finger was bleeding from her haphazardly using the dremel tool. Finally another lady noticed I was upset and offered to fix them, but made them bleed even more! I left with the worst nails I’ve ever had done in my life, fingers bleeding and hurting, and no offer of discount or anything for my trouble during my 3 HOUR experience. Absolutely do not go here.

I went to get a fill and it looks terrible and fix one broken nail. I posted a pic of what it was supposed to look like and what it looks like. I shouldn't have even paid, but I paid and tipped. They were in a hurry and trying to do mine and another girl's nails at the SAME time. Which I would not have mind if she could've actually pulled it off. The lines aren't even. There are bumps on the corners which I brought to her attention and she broke one off and walked away and there is more that you can't just break off. Im going back to see if they will fix it, if not I will never be going back. Like I said I could've made this mess myself. ( If they do fix it I will edit this)

*Edit: I did go back the next morning when they and it wasn't so busy the same lady repainted my nails but I had to pay $10 and still tipped, for them. I got them solid pastel colors and on some of them you can still see some of the black polish before underneath on the sides. The people there are really nice but but I'm just not impressed with the work.

Just wanted fake nails taken off. She kept asking what color. I repeatedly told her no, I just want the nails removed. She removed most of the fake nails material and said that was good... I told her no to remove all of it. My nails look horrible, I will have to fix it myself.

Definitely not going back. First of all I felt rushed when I came in. It was a Monday afternoon and I was the only one in there so idk y they felt the need to rush me. I wanted acrylic nails in a gold color I picked off the example chart (pale gold). They kept saying “ you want gel, you will like gel only $40” after saying no 3 different times and that I’ve never had gel I ended up caving in and say yea I guess let’s do gel just to shut them up. As she did my nails I noticed that they were coming out bumpy and un even ( she didn’t even ask how long or short I wanted my nails she just did what she wanted) as the process when on I seen so many thing’s wrong but like I said I had never gotten gel so I went along with it thinking it was just a process. Once she said go wash your hands I knew she was finished and I was shocked on how terrible the job was. She asked if I liked it and I said no they look clownish the gold was not the same gold I wanted either it was a bright yellow gold. I left and immediately when to TOP NAILS to have them fix the terrible job rose nails did.

my first impression of this place wasn’t that great, my nails weren’t anything that i wanted them to be. but after coming back and asking for them to redo them, they had no hesitation and fixed them right away! they look so much better now and im very happy! will be coming back.

Very friendly every time I go in there (been going for 3 years regularly). Have always loved the job they do!!! Would recommend!

Use to go here as a kid and it was ok, not the greatest but ok. I moved away, came back here for vacation got a fill and it was the worst dip job I've ever had. On side of my nail didn't even get any dip on it so it's still normal nail, they don't take their time to even clean up around the nails. I absolutely do not recommend this salon, and if you do go there ask for loveless, he is the ONLY one that takes his time and does a good job. Do not let the girls touch your nails, they'll have you in and out in 20 minutes with slop all around, definitely not worth a $40 fill job.
