A picture is worth a thousand words, and let me tell you..I was left speechless at how terrible my nails were. I asked for a French tip. I would be happy to do a solid polish if she wasn’t able to do a French, but she proceeded with the service. I asked her if she could correct the tip since the tip was no longer white and had a shade of pink from the base coat not completely drying. She tried fixing it 2x (with lots of frustration and attitude), told her she didn’t need to fix it if she was going to be upset about it. Then my toes ended up looking like you used white out on the tips and clumpy. Now both of us are frustrated and I told her it was fine just to end us both out of misery.
I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, because maybe she’s new. However, to go and talk bad about a client in front of them adds the ✨cherry on top✨ to this experience.
I would like to add, I’ve been in this industry for a few years and I am typically a client that rarely complains but I’ve never received service this bad. P.S. I STILL TIPPED.
The nails have lasted me 5 weeks! Amazing! They are gorgeous. Some of the best nails I’ve had. Competitive pricing too.

I had a phenomenal experience with Roise nail i haven’t been to anyone in a long time, and she not only gave amazing service but provided so much new information amount different products ya Plus, she was super fun to talk to and gave me lots of recommendations for NWA, as I’m new to the area :) I can’t wait to go back, wouldn’t go to anyone. She made sue you was 400 percent happy
This was my first time here and I loved it! I showed her a picture of what I was thinking and she was spot on! She was so careful about making the lines crisp and straight on my design and showed me after she was done with every step of what she was doing to make sure I was loving how they looked! She kept complimenting me on the jewelry I was wearing which was super sweet and we shared lots of laughs and had good conversation! My nails turned out beautiful and I’ll definitely be coming back ☺️
Kathy did a great job on my dip nails. They look wonderful and she glued the sequins on just perfectly! And even covered them to ensure they will stay on! I love the decor. I absolutely love this place! I get my nails done by Kathy every two weeks. She always does a great job. I also appreciate the quality of product they use for the gel overlay. If I can’t make it in until a month later, the finish and overall nails still look new-ish!
This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! All the staff is very nice and Daniel the owner does wonderful designs, also the availability of the colors in powder and stones is awesome! I already made my next appointment and am recommending this salon to anyone who gets their nails done! ????????
My daughter and I did a mani pedi and dip with tip. Environment was pretty, staff was fast but precise, they were gentle and didn't hurt. Will definitely go here again
