Tiffany is Amazing, please go to him!! I went to RosaNail for my wedding nails and I can honestly say, I am ready to say Yes! I drove over 38 minutes just to have Tiffany be his creative self????I recommend everyone to go to Rosa Nails Spa, they are such an amazing team.
Cuando la persona que hizo mis uñas terminó el trabajo, vi que eran lindas y me “dijo que los brillantes no se caerían rápido” al día siguiente tenía la mitad de ellas y con pus en mi cuarto dedo, que tuve que drenar porque me dolía mucho. Han pasado tan solo 5 días desde que pague por el servicio y así es como amanecieron mis uñas, llenas de cueros viéndose más gruesas que nunca, mal terminadas y con el

wanted gel. I ended up with powder nail color that doesnt even match the color I chose from the colors sample. I tried to stop the lady but she kept going and she said the color is different in the sample because it's on plastic! How am I supposed to know that!.i asked for gel polish, she should've told me it's powder not gel and it would be different on the real nails. She was rushing everything, not listening or understanding any of what I was saying, I ended up with very ugly nails and color. And guess what! They charged me 20$ extra for the powder polish that I didn't ask for or like
Where do i begin everything thats wrong with this place. Racists. If u r not spanish speaking dont bother going there as they will ignore you u and treat u like some 3rd country citizen. Made app for 6:30pm. Had one person soaking my nails, 2nd removing powder, 3rd cleaning. By the it was 8pm and everyone left. When i asked who is gonna do my nails the owned said in Spanish that i was late 15 min (not true) so now there is no one to do them. Perhaps if her faulty logic abt me being late was true they cd have told me that when i came at 6:30 and not waste my time till 8 pm removing the powder that i had .
2 veces me ha pasado que llego 10 min antes para un appointment y ya están atendiendo a otra persona luego me dejan 2 horas esperando. Ayer llegue a las 9.30am que era mi cita y ya estaban atendiendo a otra persona nuevamente. (La hicieron levantarse para que yo me atendiera) La persona que me atendió lo hizo de mala gana. Yo no sufro de uñas enterredas, JAMÁS ME HABÍA PASADO. Y me hicieron esto. Tengo toda la noche con dolor y sangrado. Me hice en las manos dipping powder y NO me las secaron O sellaron bien y ya están dañadas (eso fue ayer) Me cortaron las uñas de las manos en la carne y me molestan. MAL SERVICIO, MUY DECEPCIONADA. No tuve que haber pagado por esto.

La dueña no le da la razón al cliente y no hacen lo que un cliente pide que le hagan siendo pagado el servicio. Y también la que me atendió fue muy irrespetuosa y grosera con migo. Otra cosa que no me gusto llamas con tiempo, haces un appointment para hacerte un manicure y pedicure, te dicen que lleges a tal hora y te salen con que no te pueden hacer el pedicure. Fue tiempo perdido!!
