Kevin Mead is one of the best barbers I have found in my life. Not only great haircuts for men, but great beard work as well! I highly recommend him and his shop. For me, it's been over three years of great service!
The owner, Kevin, gave me one of the freshest cuts I've had in a long time. AND at a completely reasonable price. His heart and talent alone warrant a five star rating, but the actual building is also super clean and workers are doing everything to prevent the spread of disease. 100% would recommend.
My entire family and I have been a client of Rock City Barbershop for almost 2 years. My son and I go to Brandon Crisp and he is phenomenal. Very professional, very detailed in his work, and caters to his clients needs. He spoils me and my kid with this no sting alcohol he has to put on after every cut. He is the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Al was amazing! My boyfriend had been going elsewhere and was never really happy with his cut (always comparing him to his barber back home). He decided to check out Rock City Barber and he was so impressed. Very professional and welcoming atmosphere (like your neighborhood barber). There was great detail and skill put into the cut, he will definitely be a returning client.

Late review, but much deserved! I happened to stumble upon this place googling barbershops because I needed an undercut fade.... I thought the name was catchy and I saw the good reviews... so thought what the hell... I’ll check it out. I’m a little shy being a female about just popping in barbershops, (I tried a few and was not happy) so I went in with my husband and we both got cuts. The owner cut mine, and let me tell you I can’t tell you happy and pleased I was with not only his cut, but his whole attitude and demeanor. I appreciated the small talk very much, I did not feel awkward or out of place like I usually do in a barbershop. Even my husband was happy with his cut (done by another barber) and how we were treated. We haven’t been back because I’m learning how to cut hair (I’ve been practicing on us both lol) But I wanted to leave a review about this shop.
Alvin is fantastic. Does a great job. Cool place. This place has an urban Flair to it. Each stylist has their own booth and does their own thing. I think the owner's name is Kevin and he typically has hip hop or rap music videos on the screen. The wait isn't usually too long if you're flexible on who you deal with but I prefer the stylist Alvin because I've used him for years now. There's a gun store right next to it that I recommend you check out as well if you have some free time and it's open. But it's a friendly team of people in there and they have a very diverse client base so no one should feel uncomfortable.
I've gone to this barbershop mulitple times for a lineup on my tapered cut. The staff is really friendly and they make you feel at home. Kevin pays attention to detail and he ensures that he takes his time. Whenever I'm in orlando i will be sure to go to him again. He's a great down to earth barbrer!
