I love this place, between the customer service and my hair style was amazing, not only was they fast but treated me like I was home. I will be back, and this will be my new place to get my hair done.
I been coming to this salon for years already and I had to move to Georgia and I travel every month so I can do my hair and facials here… Everyone is amazing. I love it here because it feels like home and they are so professional and attentive. My hair is curly and a little hard to handle. They make me look amazing every time I go and my hair has grown so much… I wish I can say more of each of these lady but they all do amazing work. Best stylist in Riverview ❤️❤️❤️
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you aren’t a friend or a family member, you don’t get treatment that you anre paying for and they will take those who are well known to them first, despite of having an appointment scheduled. Walked out with drenched wet hair that Rocio didn’t even bother to blow dry and I just noticed that there is hair color dye all over the back of my shirt! I give this place ZERO stars.
Horrible Service- Unprofessional Business…
I contacted this salon and made reservations for my biracial daughter to have her hair done for her sweet 16, 2 Months prior to the party itself. I asked the stylists if they needed to do a consultation with my daughter to see her desired style and make sure it was something they could do, keep in mind that at the time I contacted them it was 2 months in advance to my daughter’s sweet 16 again!!!! The stylist stated a consultation wouldn’t be necessary and then proceeded to set a reservation for the morning of my daughter’s sweet 16 party. I found that weird but went along with it. The day of my daughter’s party I was turned away because of my daughter’s ethnicity. They stated they didn’t do black peoples hair, I informed them that they shouldn’t have set an appointment to begin with if that had been the case and that they could’ve contacted me to cancel prior to my daughter’s birthday two months in advance at any point instead of not saying anything and unprofessionally waiting until the day of my daughter’s party and turning her away. My daughter was devastated, her party was hours away and we had no one to do her hair. She bawled her eyes out. I was able to find a stylist who - God Bless Them! Gladly did my daughter’s hair but because it took us so much of time to find them, my daughter was only able to enjoy two hours of her own party.. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I honestly feel that they should be shut down. They didn’t care that my daughter was upset. They are racist and unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend any person of color do business with these people.
Worst experience in a salon ever, the same combs and supplies for all hair texture. They do not cater to black/African hair textures.
Finally a Hair Salon that Understands and Knows how to manage my curly thick hair. All of the HairStylist are Excellent. My Favorite is Rafaela ❤️????. Very Clean and Friendly Salon.
THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I had a hair appointment at 2:00 it’s 5:02 and I’m just walking out without my hair done. I’m pretty sure these people are racist. I’m not Hispanic but I decided to come here to get a blow out. I’ve watched them service multiple people before me and leave me sitting as if I’m trash! There are 3 people who came after me and they serviced all three people and still didn’t service me. Again, I’m leaving after waiting 3 hours and my hair is not done! I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is not Hispanic because obviously you gotta be Hispanic and speak Spanish for them to take you serious.
I got my hair cut and highlighted by Samir, she does a great job. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
The salon is kept clean, friendly staff and fair prices.
