I went here for my first Brazilian wax 02/03/23. I didnt like the service I received. I told her beforehand that I wanted a landing strip and she waxed all the hair off anyways. Towards the end she called in one of her coworkers to help and they left the door open. They has the nerve to tell me not to worry because no one was in the hall. It doesnt matter, I still felt violated. The coworker rushed through because two people were waiting in lobby and caused me great discomfort in the process. They didnt wax between my buttocks and I still have hair left in certain parts. I will no longer be coming back.
Highlt Recommend! I have been rocking with Riya for years!! I wouldn't dare let anyone else do my eyebrows!! She is awesome!
Eyebrow threading was good but then it took a turn.. the last time I went smh ????????♀️ my eyebrows were way off. Sad day.. i think she may have needed to take a break but decided not to to just get me in and out. I really wish she would have taken a break..
NEVER GO Here! I am new in the area and went to get threading done for my upperlip and sides. She claimed that waxing will be pain less and she might do threading as well if needed. She put HOT WAX and then rip of the strip so hard that it was extremely painful. My upperlip was burnt!! Like literally skin turned red and its been 6 hrs now still painful. I have had upperlip waxing before many times but first time here. Yea she did not charge me but the service is extremely bad and hurtful. I would never go back!

I have been visiting Riya’s shop for a year now and she has never messed up on my brows once. She’s always nice and accurate with her brow shaping. I come from a far to see her every 3 to 4 weeks and will continue to visit her.
She is always so sweet and gets my eyebrows just the way that I want them. I’ve been coming for about a year and always have a great experience.
This place is worth the cost! Owner Riya does an EXCELLENT job at threading! She always makes my eyebrows perfect- they are thick and in shape. She is attentive to detail and very talented. Her and her daughter are nice and makes you feel at home. My go-to eyebrow place! I will continue to be their regular customer.
