Great day spa in NOLA! They were able to get me in last minute at my requested time. Because I was on a tight schedule, I really appreciated them working with me to make it happen. They were able to accommodate both services back-to-back and even got me out with a couple minutes to spare! Very skilled nail tech and hair stylist. Friendly, engaging, and warm energy. Location is great and convenient if you're staying in the French Quarter.

I paid about $115 for a massage and basic manicure. Decent massage but the staff is obviously not content with their pay and are vocal about the owners sneaky pay tactics.even had a payment issue while I was there. I spent about 2 and half hours here for what should have been 1 and half hours due to a rushed and messy manicure that had to be redone twice. Other customers walked out without paying too. My fingers are on fire after the owner butchered my cuticles and then put antiseptic chemicals to sanitize the open wounds. Plus the general burning from acetone and alcohol on open wounds. Ended up leaving with a bloody clear topcoat

Ok at best. I went in for a pedicure and it wasn’t worth it because of the quality. My service was very rushed.

Since I was already in the chair, all customer / courteous service went out the window.

They were so focused on the next client (even though they acknowledged they were early for their appt and wouldn’t mind waiting).

My tech kept stopping to serve others, never verbalized why she kept stopping and I didn’t receive anywhere near the quality the rest of my party received for the same exact service. She slapped the lotion and oil around my calves and didn’t rub any on my ankles or feet. Very mediocre service.

Advice to the salon, please remain consistent with your processes. My classic pedicure should have the same steps as the next person getting a classic pedicure (unless they have an add on service).

Please treat the customer in your chair with respect, they’re still paying for a service and should receive a quality service.

Jay is the man!! So professional and really good at what he does. I appreciated his expertise and help in relaxing my muscles!!! It was a nice area, easy access and all around great experience. Thank you:)

Listen!!!!!!!! I haven't done my nails in like 2.5 months I was so grateful that they managed to accommodate us (boyfriend and I) last minute. Even offered us champagne ????????????. They have taken great precautions and have their spa covid-19 safe????????. Very friendly service and just two blocks from Bourbon Street, if that! So get your nails did???? and get you a drink after and take it easy in the Big Easy ????????????

I live here in the French quarter I’ve never been to this place before. I think I was Way over charged for the services we received. The place dirty and the lady was very rude. The pedicure was very quick and seemed rushed we didn’t even get a massage on our legs. The tubs seem dirty and not taken care of. For the pedicures. They did not clean the UV lights after we used them she just put them away after using them on our feet . Never going back again .

Today
