Ive been coming here for about 2-3 years. I've liked my nails every time, until this last time. For the guy that did my nails, let's say dip powder isn't his strong suit. *these pictures are 4 days after getting them done

Job well done. Friendly staff. Expensive though. I did choose powder and some rhinestones for a whopping $60 bucks. 4th day my rhinestone fell off, I don't know how I wash dishes with dish gloves to protect my hands and nails so that kinda sucks.

I went in on a Friday and my nail ripped off on Saturday’s. My nails are crooked and poorly done . I feel they just sped through the process I will not go there again

They did a great job with my nails, as always. My mom and I love coming here, very friendly, professional staff. Prices are great, and the atmosphere is always calming. Will definitely keep coming back here.

Very disappointing experience. I have been going to River Nail Spa for three years and have always been satisfied with the work done. This time, however, I had a terrible experience. Not to be an age-ist, but my nail technician seemed like someone’s grandma and was past her prime to be doing nails. First, she used a grinder tool with the wrong kind of grit (too coarse) and it felt like it was burning my nails while she was trying to grind off the old polish. It took her about 1/2 hour just to get the old polish off. Then she trimmed my nails unevenly. When she was using the file, she ended up filing my finger down to the verge of almost bleeding (see photo). She then was trimming my cuticles and cut the same skin where she had just filed the top layers of dermis off. The nail polish was applied unevenly and sloppily, and you can see by the photo that she got polish all over my cuticle and sides of the finger. Sad to say, I will not be going back to River Nail Spa. Too bad, because I was a long-time satisfied customer, but this experience turned me off to ever going back.

I had the worst experience today. I went in for a full set (almond french tip) I showed the lady a picture of my inspiration to which she nodded and seemed to understand what i wanted. Her version of almond shape was round and she tried about 4 different times to accomplish the French tip. When she finished i told her I don’t like it and please remove it. She became upset and was very rough making my skin raw. When i went to pay I was charged $55 for my awful full set and $72 for my 6 year olds gel mani and pedi which is absolutely ridiculous. They were speaking amongst themselves for which I couldn’t understand but i am sure they over charged me. I will NEVER go back.

One of the best nail salons I've been too there always polite and work they do is great i highly recommend it

There was a wait because of the upcoming holiday but once you're seen, they work efficiently and they're social with the customers. I'd definitely go again.
