Best PlaceJuice Reviews

This place has been here since I can remember and there is a few good reasons why its still here today. Firstly the food, the portions are big and there is a lot of choice and everything I've tried as been delicious.
Then we have the price.. for what you pay for the amount of food you get is a absolute bargain.. yes there maybe cheaper places to buy a omelette but not at this quality and size..
The decor feels a bit 1980s but to me this adds to the charm of the place. Takes me back to happy memories.
So if you want to enjoy some delicious food at a good price then take a visit to the Regent omelette bar.
This is a very nice little cafe. Family owned and very popular with locals and have a very good full English. Go there it has a lot to offer.
This cafe is in the heart of town in Weston, it’s a great little cafe. Bacon was crispy and sausage well done, just as it should be. The family had breakfasts and they looked good sizes for the money, large breakfast £6.50. I had a bacon and sausage sandwich and it was all freshly cooked, the bread soft and fluffy. Areas they could improve and why I have given 4 and not 5 stars- the tea, too weak for my taste, prefer to have the teabag left in the cup so I can take it out when I feel it’s come to the correct strength.Toast was perfectly cooked, however I prefer real butter not margarine on my toast, especially when at a cafe. Service was pleasant and the atmosphere happy, overall a lovely place.
Ordered Spanish omelette disgusting taste with bit onion one mushroom bit fatty bacon the outside was black chef stated that it was the garlic. It seemed as if the eggs had been cooked in old oil or the black could have come from garlic salt being used. However this meal was not a Spanish omelette as stated mis interpretation!
Just been for breakfast here it was great food staff very polite and friendly. If you want a good traditional breakfast this is the place to go, lots of variety.
Highly recommended give it a try
I've been going to the omelette bar for the last year and have been impressed with the food and the staff. It's reasonably priced and cooked to order. Very convenient in the centre of town.
Lovely jacket potato with cheese and my friend had a great chicken and mushroom omelette. .. good social distancing procedure.
Used to like this cafe, but after witnessing a family changing their babies nappie in front of other customers eating their meals, and then seeing a waitress wiping table and seats and then using same cloth to wipe another without washing it made me feel sick, I could not finish my meal. When I complained I just got blank stares from the staff. I'm sure that contravened food hygiene rules. I'll never go there again !!!!

Quick Facts About Regent Omelette Bar

Regent Omelette Bar has several strengths that have contributed to its reputation and longevity. One of the primary strengths is the quality and variety of its food. According to one comment, the portions are generous, and everything tried has been delicious. This reflects positively on the taste and preparation of the dishes, indicating that the chefs take pride in their work. Additionally, the affordable price of the food is another strength. Customers appreciate the value they receive for the amount of food they are served. Although there may be cheaper options, the comment suggests that the quality and size of the omelettes justify the price.
The long-standing history of the Regent Omelette Bar is also a strength. As mentioned in the first comment, the place has been in operation for as long as the commenter can remember. This longevity suggests that the restaurant has been able to maintain its appeal to customers over the years, which speaks to its quality and reliability.
The family-owned nature of the cafe is another strength. This can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as highlighted in one comment. Being popular with locals further supports the notion that the cafe fosters a sense of community and familiarity, enhancing the overall dining experience.
In terms of weaknesses, one comment mentions that the decor feels a bit dated, reminiscent of the 1980s. While some customers may find this charming and nostalgic, others might prefer a more modern and updated aesthetic. The comment does not indicate any significant issues with the decor that would severely impact the dining experience, so it is a subjective weakness.
Another comment addresses the tea served at the cafe, stating that it was too weak. This suggests that the cafe could improve the quality and strength of their tea to better suit customers' preferences. Similarly, the preference for real butter over margarine on toast is a personal preference that the comment highlights. While this may not be a significant weakness, it does indicate an area where the cafe could potentially improve to better cater to customer preferences.
One negative comment mentions a disappointing experience with a Spanish omelette. The customer found it to have a bad taste and questioned if it was prepared correctly. This indicates a weakness in consistency and accuracy when preparing dishes, as the customer felt that it did not meet their expectations. This demonstrates the need for quality control and attention to detail in the kitchen to ensure that all dishes are prepared correctly.
Additionally, one negative comment describes a hygiene issue where a family changed their baby's nappie in front of other customers, and the staff did not appropriately address the situation. This is a significant weakness as it violates food hygiene rules and creates an unsanitary and uncomfortable environment for other customers. This incident can negatively impact the reputation of the Regent Omelette Bar and deter potential customers from visiting.
Overall, the strengths of Regent Omelette Bar lie in the quality and variety of its food, affordable pricing, long-standing history, and warm atmosphere. However, weaknesses include outdated decor, inconsistencies in dish preparation, and a hygiene incident that needs to be addressed.
