Jahmar was recommended to me from a friend and I am SO glad I went! My sons hair looks beyond amazing. Everything about the service was great, no wait, great interactions with my son & Jahmar listened to what I was talking about. I definitely will bring my son back & I am telling my husband to come for himself too!
They unfortunately don’t know how to run a business. If you want a good haircut you have to see Tony but be prepared to wait 15-20 min even with an appointment to see him. However if you’re running late they turn you away! It’s preference for them. If you’re their friend you go right in, if you’re not even with appt you wait!
Amazing barbershop! Good vibes and fresh cuts at Reflections. I have been a regular there for a while now, and I get my hair cut by Gus, who is very professional and great at what he does. Go check out this barbershop!
Expect it to take a little more time, but they are the most detailed barbers I have been to in my life. Best to book appointment through Booksly app as it gets confusing as a walk in.
I typically get a shape up & taper to make my bun or ponytail look clean and well groomed. Before going to Edwin, I went to a barber who was in a rush to an extent where the taper given was horrible. Edwin did amazing, he made me feel comfortable as possible, also took his time, and everything was perfect to detail as I described to him. I honestly would recommend going to him if you ever consider this location, male or female.
I came in with my son for a haircut and I asked one of the employees if I should add my name on the list in order to get a service, he said yes. I waited about 30 min. and I dont see anyone calling me, even though I see staff members sitting and looking at their phones. So I came up to the counter and the person who rings up tells me that they only do services by appointmen. Why didn't the staff member said anything ? Seeing me sitting there for about 30 min. It seems that I need to be a regular in order to get a service there. The person who rings up at the counter, just told me that they are booked for today, and it was another staff member who got in the conversation and offered to see me whitin 2hours, but I just couldn't wait.
I feel it could've been handled better. Not coming back.
Always a great experience here. Edwin always manages to accommodate our family of 5 men. They never leave with a bad haircut, including our two-year-old who cries whenever he gets a haircut. However, Edwin always tries to make him feel safe and has a lot of patience with him. We will not be changing barbers anytime soon.
Husband Brought our son for a haircut for 3rd time. I asked for a specific style and shared a picture of what I wanted. All that was asked was disregarded including husband telling the barber my sons part is on the left. Barber made the part on the right. Also cut hair way to short and way to high on the sides. Nothing at all like the picture shown. So disappointed. So much for upcoming picture day :/
