I took my son here and he is young and likes to wiggle and cry which is normal for a toddler his age. The barber was impatient and just didnt take his time. He didnt brush my son’s hair he just started cutting. He made the fade way too low after i asked him not to cut it down very low. The lines are crocked. The haircut looks very bad its clear that he wasn’t experienced and when i called the shop owner I specifically asked if they had anyone that services kids. Now im left to try to grow out this bad haircut in my son’s head. I shouldn't have paid the barber but its fine because I won’t be returning.
Great black owned business that's been around for years. Cool environment.
I will strongly advise anyone going there to ask for the price before getting your hair cut/ or a hair line shaped , so that you are not charged 18.00 dollars for a simple hair cut for a child that should not cost more than 7 - 10.00 dollars. The environment was okay apart from a worker using profanities freely. This is definitely my last time of going there.
Keith and Marc always do a good job when cutting hair.
I didn't even have a chance to get a haircut/beard and moustache trim as when I entered the shop no one greeted or waited on me. I stood at the front station where the slips were but the three barbers said nothing to me as they went about cutting heads. I'm sorry but communication is always key in any business where you deal directly with the consumer. My potential services would have been $75 dollars based on their price list and I do believe in tipping well when the service is well done. Guess I'll try Shear Precision next time.....smdh ????
Excellent service the barbers are friendly and supportive and the cuts are wonderful . very stylish
I can't explain how horrible the haircuts were. The Barbers themselves were very nice and welcoming but the haircuts NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!. The barbers need extra training. My son came out of there with an uneven hairline, when we got home we had to figure out how to even out his hairline so he doesn't get teased in school. My other son's hairline got pushed back because the barber did not know how to do a simple shape up. I sent him back to the chair three times. Im not sure how they were so busy.
Great people and you could buy things so great place to get your hair done and you want to and for the kids to learn about money just at The barbers if they can sweep up the hair and get paid some money in return

Quick Facts About Red's Creative Kutz

Red's Creative Kutz place has received a variety of comments, both positive and negative, that highlight its strengths and weaknesses. It is important to analyze these comments in order to get a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Starting with the strengths, it is mentioned that Red's Creative Kutz is a black-owned business that has been around for years. This is a positive aspect as it shows that the business has a reputation and has been able to sustain itself over time. The fact that it is a black-owned business may also be appealing to some customers who want to support local businesses and promote diversity.
The comment about the cool environment also indicates that the atmosphere of the barbershop is pleasant and enjoyable. This can be an important factor for customers who want to have a positive experience while getting their hair cut. Additionally, the comment praising the barbers Keith and Marc suggests that there are skilled individuals working at Red's Creative Kutz who consistently provide good haircuts. This is a strength as it indicates that the barbershop has competent and talented staff.
Moving on to the weaknesses, several comments highlight issues with customer service. One customer mentions that their son's haircut was rushed and poorly done. The lack of patience and attention to detail from the barber reflects negatively on the business. Another comment mentions that the workers freely used profanities, which is unprofessional and may make customers uncomfortable. Additionally, a customer complains about being ignored when they entered the shop, indicating a lack of acknowledgement and communication from the barbers. These comments suggest that Red's Creative Kutz may not prioritize customer satisfaction and may need to improve their customer service skills.
Pricing is another weakness that is brought up in the comments. One customer mentions being overcharged for a simple haircut for their child. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies or lack of transparency in the pricing of services. Another customer mentioned the prices based on the list and expressed disappointment at the lack of greeting or communication. This highlights a potential issue with the business's pricing and communication with customers.
The negative comments concerning the quality of the haircuts are also significant weaknesses. It is stated multiple times that the haircuts were uneven and poorly executed. This indicates that there may be a lack of skill or training among some of the barbers. It is also mentioned that one customer had to fix their son's hairline at home to avoid teasing at school. This suggests that customers may not trust the barbers at Red's Creative Kutz to provide a satisfactory haircut.
Lastly, the comment about allowing children to sweep up hair in exchange for money implies that the business may not adhere to proper hygiene practices. Allowing children to handle hair and potentially get paid for it may raise concerns about cleanliness and professionalism.
In conclusion, Red's Creative Kutz place has some strengths such as being a well-established black-owned business, having a cool environment, and employing skilled barbers. However, there are several weaknesses including poor customer service, pricing issues, and inconsistent quality of haircuts. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the business to improve and provide a better experience for their customers.
