I try to support local businesses but this nail shop totally disappointed me. I do not like when nail technicians use their fingernails to remove excess polish from the nail bed. Not sanitary. The nail tecnician used gloves to work on my feet but then take the gloves off to use her unsantized fingernails to remove excess polish. I told her to use a brush. She did not take pride in her work. Just raggedy skills.
I had the worse pedicure ever. It wasn’t even done. As soon as I walked in even before I was seated the guy asked me what color. He asked me to wet my feet didn’t even allow my feet to soak. Then he started cutting down my mail didn’t even asked if I wanted it cut done. Cup off a few dead skin and asked again what color. I then told him that my toe nail was still hurting and he said that it was done. I told him no not yet it still have a lot of dead skin around. He then got up and left me there. So then I decided to get up and leave since nothing was said. He did a very poor job. Never again will I be going there.
I gave them 1 star only because I had to. I walked in and there was a young man available for gel mani. He cut me as you can see in the pic. He can TOTALLY improve his customer service skills - it could be a language barrier. The nail color is not at all what the sample shows. Never coming back and I don’t recommend you come either.
I really recommend this place if you’re looking for good nails at a good price!!! You should ask for Mimi!!! She is amazing!!!
Everyone in the salon are very talented. Linda, Tracy are great nail techs. Kim, and the young man are very good with doing excellent at doing feet. I'm really tickless
