Best PlaceJuice Reviews

I have been visiting this kebab shop now for 20 years. And if I was ever to move abroad the 1st place I'll be eating on my visits back would be at Ramsay's kebab. The owner and staff are absolutely brilliant. These guys will make you a kebab how you want it not how they do it.
Fast delivery but unfortunately very greasy. Average kebab... went from google reviews saying it was decent.
unfortunately couldn't taste it due to the grease pooring from it.
Was starving ???? so had no choice but to eat it. Wouldn't order again for this reason.
I tried the falafel wraps for the first time from Ramsey's grill and man they were reasonable, fresh and succulent. It's a halal Lebanese takeaway very near to Windsor Castle and it's open till late at night.
Went there today and got a donner and chicken donner with chips.. the chips were as hard as pieces of wood and hollow as they had evidently been fried several times.
The meat was immensely greasy.. I got a large to share with the wife and we couldn't finish it..
Maybe the kofta and lamb pieces are OK, but certainly not the donner and chips.
Friendly owner. Good portion size. Smells and tastes lush. Recommend mixed kebab wrap. Cash only
Poor hygiene and unbelievably greasy food. Wouldnt be surprised if they shut down soon with their unwashed foods, avoid if you dont want to get sick!
The best kebabs in town, always there for you even when everywhere else is closed
Ordered takeaway late from this place. I must admit the food was excellent and so was the service. Had kids at hotel and late check. Luckily all credit to Ramsey's a fast delivery was hot food ensured we all did not go sleep without eating. Thanks and will order again for sure. Well recommended.

Quick Facts About Ramsey's Grill

Ramsey's Grill, a kebab shop with over 20 years of history, has both strengths and weaknesses according to the comments provided. In terms of strengths, one recurring theme is the positive experience with the owner and staff. Customers have praised their friendliness and willingness to customize orders. This indicates that the staff prioritize customer satisfaction and are open to meeting individual preferences. Additionally, the fast delivery service is viewed positively by customers, especially during late hours when other options may be unavailable. The fact that the food arrives hot and in a timely manner demonstrates efficiency and reliability in their delivery process.
Another strength mentioned is the reasonable pricing and good portion sizes. Customers appreciate the value for money and the ability to enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling overcharged. The comment specifically recommends the mixed kebab wrap as a delicious choice. This suggests that Ramsey's Grill provides a diverse menu with options that are enjoyable and flavorful. The fact that they accept cash only may also be seen as a strength for individuals who prefer or exclusively use this payment method.
On the other hand, the most significant weakness highlighted by customers is the greasiness of the food. Multiple comments mention that the kebabs, donner, and chips were excessively greasy, making it unpleasant to eat. This could be a cause for concern regarding the quality of the cooking process and the overall healthiness of the food. In one instance, a customer claims that they could not taste the kebab due to the excessive grease, indicating a potential lack of balance in the flavors. The mention of poor hygiene alongside the greasiness raises concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation practices followed by the establishment, which could be a significant weakness.
Another weakness mentioned is the inconsistency in food quality. While some customers enjoy certain menu items such as the falafel wraps, others express disappointment in the quality of the donner and chips. The comment highlights that the chips were hard and hollow, indicating a lack of freshness and potentially poor frying techniques. This inconsistency in food quality suggests a possible lack of attention to detail and quality control within the establishment.
In conclusion, Ramsey's Grill has strengths such as a friendly owner and staff, fast delivery service, reasonable pricing, good portion sizes, and a diverse menu. However, weaknesses include excessive greasiness in the food, poor hygiene, and inconsistency in food quality. It is essential for the management of Ramsey's Grill to address these weaknesses in order to maintain customer satisfaction and improve their overall reputation. Monitoring hygiene practices, ensuring a more balanced cooking process, and implementing quality control measures are crucial areas for improvement.
