Really good pint of Guinness. If i lived in Newry I would make this pub my local.
Family owned pub run by two brothers totally committed to their business hard working, real community oriented live traditional music sessions charity Quiz nights nice outdoor area clean, friendly atmosphere highly recommend
As warm and welcoming a bar as you could hope to find. Good service from friendly bar staff and a great community vibe from a bar that puts you at ease and is easy to relax in.
Great bar. Trad session on Thursday night is class. Best Guinness in Newry.
Excellent bar with friendly atmosphere and comfortable interior.
My dad and I attended the session here last Thursday night as we were visiting Newry. I brought my fiddle with me and joined the lovely session! The owner (who plays the Accordion) and other musicians couldn't have been any friendlier, which meant a lot as visitors. My dad and I had a great night and will be back the next time we are in Newry!
Great Public House with very friendly Staff, and mighty music on a Thursday night.
Sorry about that no take out food but has an off license best bar in Newry????
