Nicole was incredible. I was very nervous and self-conscious. She was kind and explained everything while putting me at ease. It was like talking to a friend. She checked on my pain tolerance and made me feel cared for. Every person I encountered was lovely and welcoming. I am impressed with the results and how immaculate and clean your salon is. Super professional staff and very clear instructions. They understood my allergies and products I was using to make sure I don't develop any reactions. India was my waxilogist and she put me at ease and did a perfect job!
Facility is nice and everyone is friendly. That's what the 2 stars are for. The brazilian waxing session was unexpected and the results were far from professional or satisfactory. I will not be returning.
Not impressed. This was my first time here. They made me wait for 30mins after having an appointment. waxing is very basic, nothing out of the ordinary. Not worth it at all. I much prefer European wax center and their hard wax
OMG! This was a first for me and let me just say that Andrea was the best! She made sure I was comfortable, communicated throughout the procedure and did such a great job! I will definitely be going back!
I would not recommend this place to anyone with sensitive skin. I just moved to the area and needed a new eyebrow place and saw they had great reviews.
The girl who waxed me was very nice but as soon as I got home I realized how bad the burning sensation on my eyebrows was. I tried to ignore it but after looking in the mirror I realized significant portions of my skin had been ripped off. In fact she took off more skin than she did hair.
The burning lasted over 5 hours and was extremely painful.
I had a huge event the next day and looked completely ridiculous as the pain was so awful I was terrified of applying any sort of makeup or coverup.
Its now been a few days and I am still healing and dealing with incredibly uncomfortable skin.
I called and spoke to the manager and she apologized and refunded my money, and while she was nice this NEVER should have happened. She also asked me to email her the photos and then did not respond.
Bottom line, if you have sensitive skin do NOT come here. I have been getting eyebrow waxes every 2 weeks or so for the past ten years and have NEVER had this happen. It is inexcusable.
So it took a couple times to find the right wax specialist for me. And the times there was hair left behind on my extended Brazilian, lunchbox was very gracious in making it right and making sure I had the best experience the second time around. Corina was AMAZING to say the least, she was thorough, made me feel comfortable and you could tell she loves what she does as it definitely shows in her work! I will not be going anywhere else, and will be getting a package deal soon! Thanks Corina for an awesome experience
