The owner, Kimberly, has had my business for about 4 years now. She listens and advises on haircare, which is very important to me. Her salon is very attractive and the atmosphere is comfortable. Unfortunately, with many salons, your senses are assaulted with a lot of noise, and sometimes crass and unprofessional language by the stylists. I've never had that experience here.

I’m new to the area and it was hard finding a new shop to handle my hair needs I contacted them and my first appointment went extremely well I’m already back she was very nice and professional I’m here getting my hair done again. And they also have a nice lady that does eyebrow extensions and her work is bomb she takes her time and stand behind her work. The entire shop does …not to mention it is black family owned and the love is in the air

My daughter and I have been going to Kim for over 12 years. She is always professional and provides top notch service. I would highly recommend Quick Set Salon for all beauty needs.

Kim was very nice. However, the overall experience was not good. I went in to have a sew-in. What I'd asked for did not turn out as expected. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for a redo. It looked okay in the shop; however, after getting home and examing my hair, it was still a really bad job that I was not happy to wear in public. I'd just spent all of this money for hair and to have my hair done only to walk around with a baseball cap on my head. I found another hair salon, called and explained my situation. They had me come in to see what was done. Made some recommendations and an appointment for the next day. ...Long story short, I ended up having to go to another hair salon a week after Kim had done my sew-in to have it taken down and redone. I hate I'd wasted money having my hair done at Quick Set. However, going to the other salon was the best. She was able to take the mess and turn it into a masterpiece. The money spent for the do-over was well worth it. Quick Set got many good reviews; however, I don't know what happened with my appointment? My experience was the complete total opposite of all the good reviews. I do not recommend this hair salon.

I have been with Kim, the Owner, for over 15 years. She has growing hands and an awesome stylist!!! This lady is the best at sew ins. The name says it all. She is not only quick, but highly professional. The new shop is soooo nice. Her COVID protocols are top notch. Come check her out.

I love this hair salon! Mrs.Kim silk pressed my hair very well! Very professional, and I definitely recommend anyone to come here.

If you are looking for a star studded look, this is not where you want go!!!! PERIOD!!!!! Also experienced a bad attitude from the daughter. Positive criticism can make good improvements. My hair looked better going in than coming out. Owner is sweet but not what I was looking for at $65 for a blow out and curl style.

I have taken my daughter & son to this salon a few times. Their appointments usually starts on time or with very little wait time. The stylist are very nice & welcoming. My son likes how they retwist his locks. They last for a long time before needing it retwisted again. Overall, it has been a great experience and we look forward to returning again soon.
