This place is ok when I can't get to my regular beauty supply. It don't have some things I need here , but some things I do. Kinda high in prices though.
I got what I needed, and they trimmed my wig and lace for me.
I have been here a couple of times since I moved to San Leandro since it's the closest beauty supply to me it. It is your typical beauty supply store. They have everything hair related you can think of. Of course lashes, makeup, jewelry,etc. They are very helpful. The last time I went in there i was in a rush. I needed a wig. I told the woman my budget. What i style i wanted and literally the second wig she showed me was it. She even cut the lace for me. I was in and out in less than 7 min i swear.
Good products for EBIN. And good service too
This was for today's visit 9/12/21. I was surprised to see Hispanics working in (or owning) a beauty supply catered to others. I'm used to seeing Asians. This was a nice change. I got that "feel like 'we' weren't being closely watched but watched enough" vibe, although it was like four people in the store. The cashier (guy) was very pleasant.
I had a bad experience with this store as soon as I walked in this lady started following me every move I make there she is looking at me like I did something wrong I came there to buy hair not to be followed I felt so uncomfortable there and I felt rushed so I just got the hair the color I didn’t really want but I got it so I can leave I paid for it and left I’m not coming back here again it was my first time there and it’s my last time I don’t recommend coming this store
Just arrived at 7:15pm and had the rudest greeting telling me "we closed" and jad the door slammed in my face. The listing said closed at 7:30. Customer service snd professionalism lacked here. Ratchet beauty supply ever.
Two employees were standing outside of this store and only one (the male) greeted me. The other was a female that did not speak. The Male employee interacted with the customers while the same female employee when I saw her interacted with other employees only, not with the public except maybe to ring up their purchases. : (
