Betty! She's so nice. She has 20+ years experience, and you can tell. Very knowledgeable, but willing to share which I loved. I wanted something kinda simple that would last around 3 weeks for a cruise trip. Love them! Hoping they last well

*UPDATE* ya'll, it's literally been a month and nails are doing well. This week, there is a lot of growth and a little chipping at the back of the nails. I will be removing them later this week. But they did great!! 3 weeks of cruising. No issues in the water. Great job! Updated pic as well.
Best dip manicure I’ve gotten in Watertown. I have tried so many nail salons and Betty has been the best. She did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. She was so kind and caring. I definitely will be returning.
Good service. Accommodated my requests for nail art well. Pleased with result. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it took 30 min after our scheduled appointment to be seen. It was busy though, so no hard feelings to them.
Update: gel manicure started coming off about 4 days in. Seems too fast. Reduced rating to 3 stars.
I am here out of town for work and this place was recommended to me by the hotel. Betty did an excellent job on my nails yet again and Young did a great job on my pedi!! I have been here twice and definitely will be back and I recommend them!!
Absolutely recommend this nail salon. The staff is friendly and they corrected another salons mistakes.I am going to be a returning customer for years! ASK FOR BETTY!! She does amazing nails and nail art
My first time here, as I've been to several nail songs and have found this to be the best . My appointment was at 10am and was taken upon arrival, my nail tech Jackue was very kind, nice and professional. She took her time in doing my nails, as well as have ideas on different polish choices.
I also have a pedicure, which I can say was the BEST pedicure I've had in months, with the paraffin wax and hot towels which left my feet feeling so soft ????.
I'll definitely be a client while working in NY for the next 8 months.
Best pedicure I ever had in Watertown was today! Young did an amazing job. Have been extremely happy with my nails too!
I came here for my birthday on february 2nd to get gel polish on my toes and a fresh set of acrylic nails. the lady ( didn’t catch a name. she’s petite, tan, wears glasses and has long hair with blonde highlights ) who did my toes did a great job! I love the way they turned out! however, the man ( don’t know his name either, he’s also tan, older, petite and has a buzz cut ) did my acrylic nails and I am not totally satisfied. several times he cut my skin with the nail clippers and excessively scrubbed my skin with the file. as I said, I got my nails done on the 2nd, by the 3rd I was already getting hair caught under my nails. THE NEXT DAY! the shape is a tiny bit off on a few nails, but other than that they’re pretty good. 7/10
