So I just moved here and I needed to find a new nail salon. So I shot over to google and started reading reviews on the salons near me. I clicked this one first as it was the closest one to my house, the review actually terrified me. I had no choice the quicker the better. So I went against what the reviews told me, I called made an appointment.

Upon getting here I was seated immediately and my gal got to work. I was missing two nails and my nails were beat up from moving.

All throughout the process I tried to find the reasoning for all the bad reviews. The only room for improvement I found were they need update their nail files soon, and being shorter staffed.

All around me the staff was engaging with their clients and making sure they were happy throughout the process. I was seated quickly so I think I’m regards to those reviews just make an appointment before hand.

I am very pleased and will be returning.

Came in on a Monday at noon for a pedicure, i was seated right away. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for the lady to finish the other client. While i waited she did fill the tank, with warm water for my feet to soak. Very satisfied with the service, and my results!

I was a long time customer of queen nails—however, a bit before Covid they almost doubled their prices. A set I would normally pay 35 for there quickly became 65-70. That is not a crazy price, however I was not receiving that quality. The nail techs are usually rushed, either on their own or by the owner. My nails usually didn’t look like the pictures I showed. My last straw was showing up not looking my best and being treated with more disrespect and also had the owner look at my eyebrows, make a face, and tell me I needed them done and offered her service. It’s not horrible, but there’s much better out there

Love coming here with my mom and having wonderful Bea do our nails, she is very talented and patient. Highly recommend Bea

First of all, they give a price for the job, then after they get done, charge more. My daughter got her nails done there for a birthday present, and 4 days ago one came off and her real nail underneath was broken. She has been using nail glue and bandages, but tonight she was chasing her baby's diaper and her nail broke more! It's almost completely off. We will never use this place again. My suggestion? Don't waste your money. You're DEFINITELY not gonna get what you pay for!

They do a great job here. $60 for 2 replacement nails, color& design.

Absolutely love this place! It's not super expensive and they all are so sweet! Bee is definitely my favorite she always does a great job!! But everyone here is amazing and does a fantastic job
