Do Not & I mean do Not waste your money here. They don’t care about your nails nor care to fix them. I got my nails done on 2/28. Before it becomes a week 2 of my nails pop off. I don’t do hard labor for my job so they should not be popping off after just a few days. So I went up there 3/7 and told them. They said they could fix my nail but will charge me. I paid $100 for my set I had gel and sns powdered nails. So now you want me to pay you to fix my 2 nails. Mind you my other nails were already starting to come up. I called them back 3/13 . So by that time I’m only left with 2 nails on. The lady who answered the phone she said I would have to come up there and talk to them and maybe give me a discount but they can’t fix them . I don’t want a discount because my nails shouldn’t not be falling off after a week and half-2 weeks. So whoever did my nails definitely didn’t know what they were doing. They’re very unprofessional and don’t care at all. All they care about is your money .That’s a waste of $100. I will NEVER be back nor recommend this place to anyone. So come at your own risk.
Wendy is a great nail artist - very professional and goes to great lengths to make sure you're happy with the service. She always does an excellent job with my nails and I'm always complimented on them.
The service is always great with Wendy ????.....The wait wasn't long at all . ...Thankfully I arrived at a good time. I wanted something super simple due to an Engagement coming up this Friday ....May 2⃣7⃣th
Yes.....I love ???? my ????????????????
The Customer Service in the salon is definitely great. They do a quick job and there is not a long wait. I really enjoyed the conversation with the nail techs. The prices are decent also
My experience was horrible! I was giving a price that didn’t add up and when I asked why I was being charged that price, the nail tech had an attitude. Rude and treated me with no respect, all because I asked a question. I will never go back!!!! I will spend my money somewhere else that knows how to treat people.
I actually really like this salon, and visit it regularly. It's not particularly fancy or anything, but they have nice massage chairs. I am always treated with respect; I can tell that they are very sanitary people (they give you the tools they used on your feet rather than reusing them), and they have great prices. I never get anything particularly fancy- just gel polish on my natural nails, so I can't tell you how they are with the more advanced stuff. However, I am always satisfied.
All right, so this was my first time getting my nails done with acrylic and press on Tips in 3 to 4 years. So I go in and immediately without pushing my cuticles back, filing, or doing anything manicure related like you’re supposed to do, she went straight into putting the nails on. So I’m like, OK maybe the one I went to before was just fancy and you’re not supposed t all right, so this was my first time getting my nails done with acrylic and press on Tips in 3 to 4 years. So I go in and immediately without pushing my cuticles back, filing, or doing anything manicure related like you’re supposed to do, she went straight into putting the nails on. So I’m like, OK maybe the one I went to before was just fancy and that’s not a regular service. (It is.) So, that wasn’t really too much of an issue so I’m like whatever. So she goes into doing it and when she is using the electric file to blend my natural now with the two I’m telling her my natural nails are really thin so please be careful. She disregarded me and went on filing my nails and after a few seconds it started to get painful so I said hey that hurts and I flinch back. So she’s careful about that from now on she does my nails and whatever blah blah blah I pay and go home. Now, keep in mind acrylics usually last two weeks at the least and if you get really good ones done then 3 to 4 weeks. It’s been a week and a half and one of my nails is already started to lift at the base. I’m kind of bummed about that, but the real issue is when I soak my nails in acetone and tried to remove them like I always had before it was stuck. Basically, she had use the electric file to file my nail down so much that when she plays the acrylic on top the layer of nail was so thin that the acrylic basically ended up Sticking to my skin. So this is been a very painful process of an hour of me and try to soak and feel this off to no avail. I won’t be coming back. They didn’t last as long as they should have I am in pain and it’s hard to remove them the acrylic on the actual nails them selves are uneven and the sizing is off for at least three of my nails which I didn’t notice before. A complete waste of $35. She was also ushering me to pay her like I was about to walk out of the nail shop without giving her payment when I was getting my service done. I’ll find another nail shop, this one was trash.
I went in on a Monday and got gel polish. I expressed to the gentleman that I had bubbles in my polish. He said it was my nails. After getting home i realized he had not completely polished my nails. I went back the very next day and asked could someone else polish my nails. They told me he was the only one that polish. After sitting 5 mins two young ladies walked in and 2 women came from the back to polish their nails. I will not be going back to this establishment . It is very poor quality. I walked out, and wasted $25 just for a polish change.

Quick Facts About Q Nails

Q Nails Place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, it seems that Wendy, one of the nail artists, is highly praised for her professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction. She is described as doing an excellent job with nails and receiving compliments. This indicates that there are competent and skilled nail artists at Q Nails Place, at least in the case of Wendy.
Furthermore, the salon is commended for its customer service. Commenters mention that they were treated well and enjoyed conversations with the nail technicians. The salon also apparently has a quick service and short wait times, which is a positive aspect for those looking for efficiency. Additionally, the prices are considered decent, implying that Q Nails Place offers affordable services.
The salon is also deemed sanitary, as they provide used tools to customers for hygiene purposes. This is an important aspect in nail salons, as customers value cleanliness and the use of hygienic practices.
However, there are several weaknesses mentioned that must be taken into consideration. One major concern is the lack of quality and longevity of the nail services provided. Multiple commenters complain about their nails popping off or lifting after only a short period of time. This indicates that Q Nails Place may have issues with the application or durability of their nail services, as nails should generally last for at least two weeks, if not longer.
There are also complaints about the rudeness and disrespectful behavior of some nail technicians. One customer mentions being mistreated when questioning the pricing, which is a red flag for many potential customers. Professionalism is an important aspect of any service-based business, and these negative encounters may deter customers from choosing Q Nails Place.
The overall quality of the services also appears to be inconsistent. While some commenters mention being satisfied, others complain about a lack of proper nail preparation or having their nails done unevenly. This suggests that the skill level of the nail technicians may vary, which could result in inconsistent outcomes for customers.
Another complaint is the lack of attention to detail, as one customer mentions bubbles in their gel polish and incomplete polishing. These issues further highlight the inconsistent quality of the services provided by Q Nails Place.
In conclusion, Q Nails Place has strengths in terms of a skilled and professional nail artist, good customer service, efficiency, reasonable prices, and an emphasis on hygiene. However, the salon faces weaknesses in terms of durability and quality of the nail services, inconsistent outcomes, issues with professionalism, and attention to detail. These weaknesses may impact customer satisfaction and their likelihood of returning or recommending the salon to others.
