I’ve been to literally almost every nail salon in El Paso and haven’t been satisfied by any except for this one! They always do an amazing job when I come here. The workers are very friendly and the prices are great! I love it here so much and will come any time I need my nails done! I highly recommend trinity and her daughter, everyone in the shop is very good but they are great!

I have been to this location many times, and my whole family goes here as well. We have always had a great experience except for this last time. An older gentleman was the one who accepted to do my manicure, from the start he was extremely rude to me, which is unlike the staff here, he told me I would need a full set and my old nails needed to be removed. I said that was fine. I didn’t mind getting a new set and he proceeded, however, he became extremely vigorous. He became frustrated and started roughly cutting my nails, still connected to my old acrylics off, the nails were flying everywhere. A few hit my face, and he started using an old acrylic nail to separate my real nail from my acrylics, which was excruciating. I told him it was very painful. I moved my hands back. He grabbed my hands and continued to proceed and right before I managed to tell him to stop again, he split my right, ring finger nail right in half my real nail… tears filled my eyes as I told him how painful it was. He put superglue on it and said nothing to me and continued to try and take off my nails, the same way. I have never had a nail removal done like this. It was extremely painful and awful. The pictures I posted include my finished nails where you can still see my split in half nail. And the worst part is he tried to put my bee decal on crooked in order to cover what he had done but I insisted he placed it in the middle, like my other hand. He was taking a lot of breaths, and was extremely frustrated our whole session until the very end where he told me he will not charge for my two decals and tried to laugh everything off. I am still in shock and my finger two days later is STILL in pain!!!!!!! Be careful ???? there is another older gentleman that does nails there and he is fantastic. However, this was the first time I saw this older gentleman there, one older gentleman has more hair than the other, the one with far less is the one that did this to me. He also didn’t fix the other hand and my decal looks awful.

I literally walked in and asked for a full acrylic set and they exceeded my expectations completely. I showed the artist a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly. She was very kind and patient, as well as everyone. If you’re looking can get your nails done, this is the place to go!!

This is my second time here and both times were a very pleasant experience. First time was a pedicure a year ago. This visit was a manicure. I really enjoyed my nail technician. She was thorough and kind. The hand massage at the end was a nice and comforting surprise.

Note: They squeezed me in at the last minute to fix my nails (done incorrectly a previous salon) because I had an interview the next morning.

Would definitely recommend.

This place used to be my favorite place to get a pedicure. There were beautiful aquariums of colorful fish, great music, good shows on the TV, and my choice of a glass of red or white wine. Staff were friendly, and I got some great pedicures. Over the next few years, it has quietly gone downhill. No aquariums, no wine, blank TV, and the place looks as if it’s under construction. I made an appointment (for the first time ever here) with a young woman named Emma, who had given me a wonderful pedicure about a month ago.

Imagine my surprise when someone I don’t know starts giving me my pedicure. I ask where Emma is. ‘Oh, she’s not here; she went back to California.’ And you couldn’t tell me this when I made the appointment???

So they substitute a woman named ‘Trem.’ If you want to be treated as if your legs and feet are slabs of meat, make an appointment with her. She scrubbed my feet so hard she shook my chair. I asked her to be more gentle. She grabbed, shoved, pushed, and pulled my legs and feet. I got my usual ‘spa’ pedicure. When she massaged my legs I wanted to cry it hurt so much. Again, I asked her to be more gentle. She seemed to forget each leg over and over. I had to ask her every time.

Not only did I NOT get Emma, and no one bothered to tell me she was gone, I went through the meat grinder with Trem.

My legs feel bruised.

I will NEVER come here again. And I always tip, even for bad service, but there will be no tip today.

The only reason this place got 2 stars instead of one is that they were so good in the past.

Never had gone in to this place but I needed a removal of acrylics and it was the closest open place I could find, since the moment I walked in I felt that it wasn’t going to be the greatest service. The first man that helped me was nice and gentle with a broken nail that I had that was hurting, that was until two woman came in saying that they had an appointment in which the man decided to roll his eyes annoyed, minutes later I was told if I could move chairs in which I agreed thinking that the same guy was still going to help me. A few minutes later a woman comes to help me but doesn’t even say hi or acknowledge me, she as well had an AirPod in which she was listening to probably a movie as she was mostly looking at her phone the entire time she helped me. She didn’t ask me if I had a broken nail when she started taking the acrylic of my nails making my nail hurt even more, I had to tell her my nail was broken so she could actually notice that it could hurt me. Even with me telling her, her technique was not the most gentle during the removal of the acrylic and while shaping my nails, in which she actually managed to break my nail more and attempted to just use glue nail once on my nail. She asked when filling my nails what shape and length I wanted, in which I told her same length and shape of my natural nail, results are in the picture.

I always love my nails when I come ???? All the nail artists are awesome and do a great job everytime you come in, they are meticulous and thorough with your service and make sure you get what you love everytime. I have never ever left dissatisfied and they never rush your service, making sure to take their time on you to make you look your best. I have been a client here for over 2 years and never plan on switching

This place really felt professional and had a very friendly environment. The nail stylist was very funny and nice and handled my wife’s nails really well and fast. Definitely coming back for the service next week and the months after too.
