Technicians are not skilled and damaged my nails. They exposed my nail bed which is very painful. This place is not sanitary, towels are dirty and most employees don’t speak English. Person doing pedicure was distracted and kept looking around the room. I don’t recommend this place and will not be coming back.
A bit pricey for acrylics was over $100 plus tip. They did look nice though.
Today was my first time at Q nails salon in Anderson Avenue. I had a good experience at this salon. The salon is clean and the technician who did my nails is excellent. Her name is Julie (sp) and she is friendly. The UV gel was perfectly done. I will definitely come back again.

the girl was either new or not that experienced because my nails and cuticles were not cleaned throughly at all. not professional at all - would need to get my nails re done elsewhere
The experience was great and the people were very nice. My nails look great after a regular manicure.
The girl who did my nails was a joke and very rude! Girl I can't help it your not good at your job, me being honest I don't like my nails is the least I can do.

Never in my life have I experienced a more disgusting group of women. I arrived at 1:30 for my gel manicure and the woman at the desk said to me I didn't have an appointment. Mind you, if you're not Spanish you do NOT get a warm greeting or service at this place. They consistently get distracted during your service with side conversations in Spanish and other things they just get up to do while doing your nails. They definitely talk about customers in their face in Spanish. Anyway, I called 2 weeks prior to make my appointment with the best of the worst. I look down at her paper calendar while the woman rudely disputed I even had an appointment and my name is ERASED from the calendar. The woman who my appointment was with literally walked up to the counter and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there. She has done this in the past. She looked at me and said "I don't know" with an attitude and walked away. It was right in her face, my appointment at the time I said my appointment was for with the person I made the appt. with. This is after them trying to imply that I never made an appointment for about 5-10 mins. The woman at the front NEVER apologized, she tried everything to make it my fault and basically just said. "I don't know what you want me to do." Never offering ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was very upset. Especially since they have a habit of messing up appointments and simply blaming the customer. They quickly called the police as if I did something to any of them. Simply to say I'm raising my voice. I waited and told the police the same thing I told her incompetent ass. This place does NOT do good nails anyway and literally every other person that did my nails outside of the one person I had an appointment (who is decent at best) did a HORRIBLE job, but i went here because it is local and I'm only recently a regular nail doer. I will NEVER go there again. They are disgusting humans!!! Absolutely ruined my weekend! Rude and condescending and I highly recommend you never go there, there are many other options in the area.
Worst place to get your nails done.
Went in today for a set of UV gel. Clearly the person who did it had no idea what she was doing. Left me with thick and half painted nails.
Couldn’t even cut or push back my cuticles properly. And on top of that cut me with the electric file..
Do not waste your money. They refused to give me my money back. Literally threw away 80$ by going to this place.
