Loved how they get the hair straight but the heat on the hair have you smelling like smoke and def shouldn't be done often...would give yall five but yall get mad when people request easy comb out while deep conditioning, tangled hair hurts ok

This place does a phenomenal job on your blow dry & flat iron but their customer service is absolutely terrible. First off they do not carry shampoo & conditioner that compliments natural African American hair. I’m talking about the shampoo dries your hair out so bad that the blow dry experience is horrible. They also show no compassion as they roughly comb out your hair. They don’t even greet you when you come in.

This place is amazing. When I first walked in , It was great with awesome customer service. Dalhia the shampoo girl was kind. I love her singing. Susu is also amazing, She blows dry my hair GREAT and Edward the owner, his hands are amazing. He did my hair so good, I was so happy when I left the hair salon. I will definitely be back.
I went to this shop yesterday. SuSu is great. She is very friendly and professional. I went in with my hair braided and she assisted me with taking my hair down. I really appreciate that because she didn't have to. She did and amazing job blow drying my hair. The owner Edward styled my hair.
I don't know why I was forced to pay $20 for a deep condition and only was under the dryer for 10 min. Seemed like a rip off. I tried to tell them I didn't want a deep conditioner but he forced me. Then charged me. You need to fix your prices that are printed and taped to the front desk where you PAY. A deep conditioner is listed as 10 dollars and a wash and style is 35. That's $45 total not $55 which I was charged. I felt ripped off and he could've looked at my hair and refused up front but he said no you need it when he was washing my hair. I like the guy who blow dried my hair towards the end. Also I didn't like how he was coming my hair dry! It seems as if this place knows nothing or does not care about black women's hair and maintaining it so I won't be returning.
