This is my first time here, I was apprehensive because of the bad reviews but needed a manicure urgently so didn’t have a choice but to go. I got dip powder manicure ($40 + $5 extra for previous dip removal) and came in as a walk-in on Saturday on the day of the Cambodian water festival. They took me in and immediately sat me down and asked me to pick a color. They were so welcoming and sweet from the get go. The lady who did my nails was SO SWEET. She kept checking to see if I felt too hot bc of the nail drill and made sure the file didn’t hurt me. There were a lot of other little things in her behavior that was so sweet and accommodating and made me feel so special. She went over every mail many times to make sure there are no bumps. This isn’t the most extravagant and luxurious salon in the world, but she paid so much attention and care to every little detail to make sure she provided the best service. I’m definitely coming here again when I need an emergency manicure even though it’s $10 more expensive than my nail lady.
I got my nails done for the first time in a very long time for Christmas she didn't do everything I wanted I even told her that I would tip her very well..... It was $75.00 very expensive and I still have her a $25.00 tip. WAY to expensive.... On the 3rd middle nail I wanted a simple ordainment so my 3 middle nails would be different...... There is space in between my nail and the acrylic this can cause a very bad infection on your nails I want to keep up with them but definitely not at this place!!!!!!!!
NEVER AGAIN! The Lady was acting like she couldn’t understand what my daughter wanted. Ignored her request completely. We had to bring her to my lady at fancy nails in downtown lowell to get them fixed. Mind you, they charged her $50 for the work. Purple nails vs Fancy nails. Purple nails should definitely make their employees take classes, cause this was HORRIBLE!!!!!
I got these done less than 24 hours ago. They are fine but definitely rushed and I wouldn’t spend 50 dollars again. She didn’t clean my cuticles, so they already look like they need a filling. I showed a picture where the glitter on the nails was a powder dip and she just painted one coat of regular sparkles. Their board says one price and they price you another price when you were at the register. So 45 for gel nails turns into 50 because the shape they cut it in… Which I’ve never heard of charging extra because you cut a dilapidated coffin shape. This wasn’t even the biggest issue, we came in with a 230 appointment for four people, two people didn’t even end up getting their nails done because we waited way too long. My mom and my niece got pedicures, my mom sat in water for about 40 minutes before they started on her pedicure … And they tried to charge 50 for each pedicure even though they were just regular pedicures. When we were checking out and we told them we only asked for regular pedicures they told us we were wrong that we didn’t ask for that, they either need better training, or they need to stop up charging people and fix their price on their board.
I got my nails done and with in a week i had too go back twice for three broken Nails.. Now it been two weeks as of today! And this what my nails look like.. i strongly recommend goin some where else.. i payed 45 dollars and they did even last!! Very upsetting ????????????
Terrible. Don't waste your time or money. I called yesterday for a price to bring my daughters to only paint their toes gel. No pedicure. First off, the person that answers the phone doesn't even speak English. Second off, they try to twist your words and say that you said something else. They quoted me 10$ each for my daughters to get their nails painted gel. I made an appointment. I brought them the next day the tech goes to get the lining for the pedicure bowl as if I wouldn't notice. I said no pedicure. Anyways they finish their nails and I go to pay. She says 50$ for the both of them. I lost it. I said I called yesterday SPECIFICALLY to get a price before I came. She accused me of saying I asked about regular polish for their HANDS. BOGUS. How do you confuse hands for feet? Because I never mentioned hands. And I specifically asked for gel. So I asked 25? To paint their toes only? How much is a pedicure? She says 35. How do these prices even make sense? How does it go from 10 to paint with reg polish, to 25 for gel polish, to 35 for a whole pedicure. These people are scammers and will say anything to get money out of you. A bunch of liars, that use their poor English as an excuse as if that's the customers problem. I used to go to this salon for a while before they changed to new management. And I only decided to go back because Im on a budget and I called around to compare prices and they offered the best price. And look what happened, I didn't even have the money to do this I only did it because it was for a special occasion. I will never go to this place again. Do not trust a single word they say.
WORST SERVICE EVER! the guy who works there is lazy and rude. He has no interest in providing services and just lies on couch in front of customers. He was so impatient and started taking rudely to when I asked him to show two different colors. As I mentioned about his rude behavior to other employee he started yelling. There was no one present from management to apologize or even analyze the situation.
I have had to go back few times to correct a gel polish within a day or 2 it’s chipping. They act as if you don’t something it cause by asking if u did something , each time I went I have had different nail techs and had to return again . Idk if it’s polish they using and staff is constantly changing . Prices are to high for quality of work . I had giving bad reviews but I work for my money . I gave a 2 because they are nice .
