The worst quality of work done to these nails I’ve ever seen! Looks like amateurs worked on these nails. They’re not answering the phone when I called to tell them the issues. My daughter went there yesterday with a friend to get them done for homecoming and this is what they sent her home with. Total cost for both girls nails at $115.00. How dissatisfying and disappointing. I will be making a visit to this salon in person to get this corrected since they are not answering the phone. I’ve called over 50 times and never once did they answer.

I love this place and the prices are cheap but everything looks amazing every time! (also the towels for the pedicures are super warm ????)

Very nice staff, good quality of service and very easy to communicate in this quiet and serene environment. The waiting line was not too long and when you go for the first time you get a nice little discount. The fact that there were people waiting for this salon shows that it is well known by the locals to be a salon worth your time. I highly recommend this place!

My pedicure was amazing and so was my nail tech.. hats off to him. I will be back

Other reviews said quick service.. which is fine but nail polish should not be rushed. That was the entire experience-rushed. when they "ordered" me to go dry my nails under the lamp they plopped my purse in my lap and walked away. I had to move the arm of the chair, carry my purse, phone and water bottle to the drying station by myself. Mind you, I have wet polish on my hands. Needless to say, I bumped the nail and they had to reapply.

When they painted the fingernails they applied the layers of polish so quick that after one day it started to peel right off the nails. Never had this experience at any other salon but then again, they rush you through the process. They want everyone to buy gels so guess they don't care about the customers that want regular polish. Very disappointed it did not even make it 24 hours before it started to peel right off.

A few days ago I did a walk in for two full sets. After me and my sister picked our colors we sat down and all was good until the girl doing my nails, dropped the nail sizing box on my hands and other things she’d use to do my nails. Instead of moving my hands. It seemed intentional. Once me and my sisters nails were done we had both noticed that our nails were not fully painted and the nail itself was hardly glued down. (Our cuticles we’re flooded in polish) We asked for them to be fixed but were ignored. $60 down the drain honestly. I’ve called and called asking for redos or for a refund and the phone goes straight to voicemail.

I’ve been going there over 5 years and I receive compliments all the time about my nails. I’ve sent 5-6 people there, they were totally satisfied.

I went here 2 weeks ago and the staff was very friendly. I got the gel nails and they came out extremely straight and very beautiful. I leave all of my things in the car that way I know not to carry things around with the wet fingernail polish on. They even had me pay before they painted my nails that way it would be easier. I was looking for a color that was like a dark maroon and when I picked out the Polish I thought it was it was the wrong color. The lady who was painting my nails offered to go pick the color out for me and when she did it came out to be the color I wanted. There are extremely helpful and like I said my nails came out great. I will be coming in later today to get them redone because now I want french tips! To the negative reviews on this place your complaints seem to be your fault. For example it's your fault that you didn't check the expiration date on the gift certificate. And it's your fault that you brought in a water bottle your purse your phone and all other kinds of stuff that you expected them to cater and carry for you when you should have left those items in the vehicle.
