I would rate ZERO stars if possible. This establishment should be shut down for good as it is filled with bad employees and they expect a tip. My fiance wanted her nails painted and ONLY painted. They harassed her and made her get a set of fake nails. 55 dollars for the whole thing and demanded her to give them a tip. My fiance didn't deserve to go through what she did with this filthy, unprofessional, and corrupt establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THEY WILL MANIPULATE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE.

The staff was nice but quality of work could be better. No chip only lasted one week before the corners started to lift up. Be sure to ask the price BEFORE they start your nails. They do not post prices so you don't know what you're paying until you're at the register. Also, be very careful because they are constantly asking you to add on services and if you're new there, you're not aware that there is an additional charge for it.

I have had my nails done here twice now, both times turned out stunning, being exactly what I asked for. The staff are very friendly and today one of the staff, Cindy, went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. I will definitely be coming back to my new favorite nail salon!

I will never go to this place again after the racism I endured today! I have been going to this place for 7 months and every time I’m there it’s an issue. Today was the last straw. I run into issues with wanting my nails short, reason being I’m a guitar player. I’m asked many questions that other customers don’t get asked. There has been questions about how far I live from their establishment, what I do for a living, and about when I received my $10,000 wedding ring on my finger. I understand small conversation but I have never witnessed any of the employees pry into any of the other clients lives. Today they expected me to sit their as they took a walk-in that came after me before me and then another technician did not want to do my nails. They both said they do not know how to do fill ins. It’s seems to me in order to be a licensed technician you should know how to do a fill in, especially when the technician would not do mine but did the lady’s fill in she placed in front of me. Overall the nail quality sucks anyway I only started going there because it was a convenient 5 minutes away. Never again. I will spend my money where I am treated fairly. They went months with only two technicians because many others quit working there I assume. They chase people out the door because they need the money but very unprofessional. One time a technician that gave me an interpersonal interview refused to do my nails short like I wanted them. I knew I couldn’t get my nails done anywhere else in the area before work the next day. I will now go where I’m respected and appreciated.

My sister and I made appointments in advance and requested certain techs for full service pedicures. The chairs we were told to sit in were both dirty and we had to ask to have them wiped down. The tech I had requested had taken another client shortly before our appointment. My sisters tech did her service and 45 minutes later I was still sitting and my tech was still working on someone else. I asked if my sisters tech could please just do mine since we had other engagements and she said she would have to ask well apparently she was told no and moved on to another client and told me my tech would be with me in 10 minutes. It wasn’t until I complained to another customer who was leaving because she had been waiting too long also that the manager had someone come and do my pedi. I will not be back!!

I love this place. The staff is friendly and Kim is wonderful! My nails always look great. Pedicure is not rushed. She always makes me feel pampered! Great place to go, relax and enjoy the treatment!

Just DON'T go here. I didn't see them pull out ONE clean tool! The guy doing my nails totally ignored me the whole time. He was having a conversation with another lady the whole service. All I got done was no chip polish on my real nails no designs, no gems or anything and it cost me 40 dollars..! Why 40 dollars im not quite sure.Then filed my nails way too short when i told him how hard I tried to grow them as long as they were. My girlfriend got a FILL IN with NO CHIP polish AND FRENCH TIP with a SPARKLE DESIGN underneath it and was only was 45! How does that even make sense?! And she got a nice massage with a scrub. I got a little lotion on my hands. I had a cut on my finger he didn't bother to ask if he was hurting it.. Not like I didn't have a band aid on it. I could go on but here's your WARNING. NEVER GOING BACKHERE!!

They were actually crowded but, got me in and out real quick did a great job and very friendly. I think this will be the nail shop I will be going to from now on.

Today
