My nails look as if I allowed a 5 year old with a Dollar Tree nail kit to do my nails. The guy kept scraping my cuticles while filing. There is glue and acrylic all around my nails, on my fingertips. They look like thin flat shovels. My cuticles still hurt. I need to wait a few more days before I can go to my regular salon and have them soak these off and start fresh because these are beyond repair. The files he used were full of nail dust from other clients. The tools he used did not look like they had been sanitized.
My fingertips are sore and my cuticles are still on fire 2 days later.
Been going here for years--Great service! Competitive prices! Always quick! Ann, Sandy, Kevin, Michelle ...really they are all great. Love visiting them every other week. Ann is really really great and highly requested! Update: Kevin is no longer there and he's greatly missed ???? They do take walk ins but really have become more on an appointment basis now. You can call to schedule.
Been here 3 times now and everytime has been great! The last visit I came im close to closing time and she still did my nails, she didn't rush or make me feel like a problem! My 10yr old daughter loves coming here. The prices are affordable. A great places for mother/daughter dates. Highly recommend.
Ann did an amazing job on my nails! It was my first time at pro nails but Ann was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and made my nails look exactly how I wanted. She does a great job with detail and I will be coming back!
I would never go anywhere else but this place. I see Ann, but I have seen a few others for my pedicures. I can't say enough good things about this place. I get compliments on my nails all the time! Very professional, accommodating, and no complaints here!
I go every two weeks to get my nails done by Ann, she does AMAZING WORK. She is on time every appointment and always so respectful. Since I’ve started going to Ann, I haven’t seen another nail tech.
Took myself and granddaughter in for first time maybe got out an hour ago was there for 2 hours. My granddaughters polish was messed up before we left. They re-did it but we literally walked out the door and 1 nail was completely smeared again. We didn't bother going back they had already tried blaming her for the shotty job. $96 for 2 of us and 2 hours of wasted time. Trying to fix her nails right now.
Beware don't settle for this place. We only went because our regular salon was closed.

Was very nice and polite service was quick but I payed 40$ for a basic French tip basic shape and short length but the lady I never got her name either did not know how to do nails or just doesn't care and I asked her how long she has been doing nails and my answer was 17 years so why is it that almost all my tips don't fit my nails and already 4 days later I'm getting lift on the edges this is not my normal place I had to go here in a time pinch and will never go back not even to get them fixed that's how unsatisfied I am
