Horrible experience.I paid extra for a warranty so if my nail broke they would fix it for free. Well 5 nails broke when I went in to have them fixed the manager called me a liar and yelled at me. I'm am not a liar and will never go back there.That was the first time I had my nails done in 25 years I believe that they took advantage of me. Horrible business

A couple of my friends recommended Pro Nails to me, and from what I had seen of their nails and reviews, it seemed like a salon worth trying.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. My dip powder refill and pedicure took nearly over 2 hours and it wasn’t very busy. Usually I wouldn’t mind, but because the service wasn’t great it felt unnecessary.

My dip powder tips were removed without asking. The salon I have been going to always ask me if I would like them removed or shaped, so I was a bit surprised when half my nail was missing when the foil was pulled off. About half way through the refill, I reminded my technician that I’d like a design once the dip was completed. He proceeded to be bluntly irritated and tell me it was way too late. He then confirmed from another technician it was too late. Again, at the salon I went to designs came last, so maybe it’s a different process at Pro Nails. I truly wouldn’t have cared if he wasn’t rude about it.

To top it off, before I paid, the wrong price (an extra $20) was printed, and if I hadn’t of noticed or said anything I would have overpaid. It took some convincing and I had to pull my calculator out to add it for him.

Called earlier today and was able to get a same day appointment. The shop is very clean and they are adhering to all the Covid guidelines. Shawn did my pedicure and it was fantastic! He made great conversation, but was always paying attention to the details. I couldn't decide on a color. He suggested a blend of 2 colors and I love the finished product. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. They have a loyalty card where you earn punches towards discounts on future services too.

This is the only nail salon in Southern IL I go to for my pedicures! Very clean, professional, and personal. I always enjoy my appointments. They have offered excellent, consistent service to me for the last 4 years. I work in the beauty industry myself and so I appreciate and have taken notice of the extra care, attention to detail, and thorough sanitation they take to make sure the service is the best of the best. The environment is relaxing and I love getting the OPI spa pedicure.

I brought both my daughters in. My oldest got a fill. My youngest got just a paint job with rhinestones. That same day which was Friday the paint right off within 30 mins of us leaving the business to us coming straight home. I paid $60 for both the services. Which I thought 20 or 25 wS really high to just get my 9 year old nails painted with 2 rhinestones. Thesign clearly says $10 plus extra which was $5 for 2 fingers for a design or etc. I'm very un happy with this businesses service and pricing. I've gave this spot numerous chances just because my oldest likes to get her nails done by the owner. Which is a rush job everytime. I think he's lost our business. Also they have a punch card to get $10 off a service once you've filled out the punch holes but is for cash paying customers only, which is a crock of poop.

i went with 3 of my friends to get shellac on our nails, and i was a great experience! everyone was very nice and the woman that did our nails was very friendly and she did them not only fast, but very well!! they look amazing and i definitely recommend this place!!

Had a great manicure and pedicure at Pro nails today. It was my first time there and I had shellac manicure with a traditional pedicure. The technician did the best job I’ve ever had on my mani and pedi! Spent tons of time making sure everything was perfect but even more importantly, he went to a lot of trouble during the hand and leg and foot massage and really took his time working on calluses. The lights were turned down low during my pedicure and I almost went to sleep. It was a very relaxing experience overall and I also think the price was very fair and comparable to other places. I will definitely be going back.
