I went in to get my nails done for my birthday. Now I don’t get my nails done a lot, but I know they shouldn’t be done like this. The nails have only looked good for a few days. The pink polish on my nails was not dried all the way through and when they placed the clear coat on, it created a ridge. They also did not do anything to my cuticles or cut my natural nails. My index finger on my right hand has holes in the polish. The only good thing that came out of this is someone paid for my nails.

I went in to get my nails done , I normally have them just popped off , the girl told me I couldn’t do that, and they had to soak off. Well I had some type of reaction to it , my arm and fingers burned for 3 days after. On top of not even a full week later ( 4 days max) the nails are already trying to pop off , $65 just to have them coming off and literally hurting. I called up there , and was told I had to pay AGAIN to have them fixed. I probably won’t be going back. Unbelievable. Nails are gorgeous, but service wasn’t.

very disappointed in my nails. i know the girl was new and understand that but my nails are all different shapes and different thickness and some are far away from my cuticles. my own nails are also very thin from being filed too hard. i also didn’t like that i had to pay $60 and will probably be getting them fixed.

I stopped getting my nails done in October and finally decided to get them done again. They had become very thin from me filing them too much and Kayla was very gentle and did a great job on my nails. It’s been over two weeks and they still look great even though I did file the length down a bit because they’re growing out and a tad too long. I will definitely be back to see Kayla!

They did a great job not waiting the other ones. It takes 2 to 3 hours at best nails ridiculous. We've went to best nails for years not anymore. I don't have that much time to waste on getting nails done. My time is very valuable also...

Very clean and nice staff! I moved to Natchitoches for school and was so worried about finding a good nail salon but this place is so good! Ty always does my nails and he’s phenomenal!
