Great first experience! Got a pedicure and a massage. It was excellent and prices are competitive.

Was charged $90 for UV gel French. They started lifting after one week. I went back and they glued them down and went back for less than 3 weeks later for fill and was told I should get an acrylic set because they are stronger. I had appointment for 6 pm and now it’s 6:30 and I am waiting in them to figure out if the manager thinks it better I do UV gel or acrylic. The lady who started filing my nails is now doing someone’s pedicure. This is 100% my last time here. Very poor service.

The man in the front was extremely extremely rude. I’m in town visiting my sick and elderly grandmother and needed a manicure. He said he doesn’t care about how rude and Racist he was being to me because I am not a regular. He even told me that they don’t do manicures there while there were white customers receiving manicures. Disgusting behavior.

Vicky does a very good job. Very happy I will use her again. I had a dip manicure and a pedicure.

I have been experimenting with nail salons in Southington lately and always find my way back to PRO NAILS! They are consistent, take their time, listen to your wants and needs, price appropriately, and best of all they treat you to a shoulder massage at the end of your manicure. They also have the best pedicures I have ever had in my life. I and so pleased with my experiences here that I almost want to keep them a secret. I will never return to Epic Nails or Star Nails ever again.

I am extremely a detailist… if that’s even a word lol. I have ocd so all the shapes not being the same. Or art not being uniform. The thickness of the nails being Too much. And kindness in service it tremendous for me. It can turn me off. THIS SALON CHECKED ALL THOSE OFF WITH FLYING COLORs. Friendliness, quality overall satisfaction✅✅✅✅ Worth. You will not be disappointed. There is no comparison to your salon! If you doubt it. Put it to the test they will not disappoint!!
