i really love this place especially annie because she knows how to do the designs i want. i’ve been coming her since october of 2021 and i’ve never had a bad experience! the people that work here are so sweet and very welcoming. i would definitely recommend coming here and booking with annie!!!

I absolutely love this nail salon, everyone is very friendly and professional and I have had a good experience each time I’ve gone. I always get a pedicure and full gel set. Annie is my go too girl and goes above and beyond for her clients. These nails are my latest but she kills it each and every time I go. These nails are “cat eye”. She shapes and smooths my nails like no other tech has before. I highly recommend Pro Nails and Spa for all of your nail needs.

I have been coming to Annie for over 10 years and there is nobody else I trust more to get my nail right. Annie and her staff provides wonderful service and does a thorough job. The shop is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the shop. I followed Annie from her old shop in Columbia and would follow her again!

This place is SOOOO unsanitary! They reuse foot scrubs (the once purple scrubs are brown), nail files, nail grooming tools, all of it. When I went, I noticed this as she was about to use them on me and I asked her to use new EVERYTHING. Nobody should have to ask, that should be a given.

When brought up to the manager/owner, her response was nonchalant and irresponsible: “You have to pay extra for new items. They’re expensive.”

1. I asked for new products and they were used, free of charge.

2. They’re not expensive. A new kit costs less than $7.

3. Sanitization practices are MANDATORY, per the health board. I’m sure the health inspector will receive a different response than I got once they have to answer to them.

Needless to say, I will be doing my own pedicures from here on out. Disgusting.

I followed my nail tech Annie from another location in Columbia after 12 years. The location has been around but recently changed ownership a few months back so the reviews dated a year back don't apply. The prices are extremely reasonable and the vibe is welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. They have a wide variety of colors you can select and keep up with the latest trends. Check them out!
