I didn't visit pro nails I went to Adriana's Hair Salon awesome. Professional and super nice and friendly all of the highly recommended big 10 ‼‼‼‼‼
I came in, signed the sheet.Sat waiting for almost an hour later, no one talks to me. Not too good on customer service.
Every time I come here as of lately there are hardly anyone working. That is not to say there is no staff. If workers are on a break then I should not see them outside of their eating area eating or talking on the phone.
When I do get my nails done here, the work is superb . Today and few times prior, I had to walk out. There are times I arrive first however they take others first.
Maybe they should take numbers only.
Asked for an appointment for a manicure (which apparently they only accept walk ins) didn’t receive one. I ended up waiting & when I was received for a manicure I received the most half hearted manicure ever. Just going through the motions to get me out the chair , it was not a full routine & my nails are looking pretty much how I came in. They do not take instruction very well & don’t provide quality service
I am extremely picky about my nails and how they are shaped. I stopped by this Nail salon while on vacation and was pleasantly surprised despite the reviews. Nancy did a full set and a pedicure. I had no complaints! Clean place , nails on point ! Thank you guys you definitely deserve 4 ⭐️
I usually have a great experience here and love the service as I still plan on being a customer because of the customer service but I got individual lashes done the other day and there was so much glue on the lashes I had to take them off because of how bad it was irritating my eyes. Was very disappointed but as I said overall customer service is always great my eyebrows were great and I love getting my nails done here I probably just won't be getting my lashes done here.
They always manage to get me in ( sometimes I come very late). They do a great job. I always feel welcomed and that my business is appreciated.
Visited this morning to get a gel manicure and a pedicure they informed me to choose a color I waited about 20 mins and than two Caucasian woman came in asked how long for the wait they said 10 minutes btw I’m still waiting they also had gel on their nails they walked outside for a bit 5 mins later one of the woman nail specialist went out there called them in sat both of them down and soaked their nails and started on the second woman I informed her that I also had gel and she just said ok like I’m not usually the one to write comments but I felt very offended. Why did she choose them before me ? I walked out no longer wanted their service.
