My boyfriend and I heard about this place from some locals as we’re visiting from out of state and we were blown away with the hospitality and quality of work that was preformed. When you walk into Pro Nail#2 you are instantly greeted by friendly faces and showed love and respect, they make you feel so comfortable and welcomed like you’re family! But not only was the experience amazing but both our nail techs went above and beyond to make sure everything came out like we wanted. Thank you so much! next time we’re in Charleston we will definitely be coming back to you guys!!!

Such an amazing experience- was there for a solid chunk of time and loved talking with everyone there. Truly a welcoming and warm environment. You can tell the love that goes into their work. Shaun did an amazing job and we left with big smiles.

Angel provide outstanding services with a gel pedicure and she reshaped my nails, did new polish with designs. She save the day from a previous nail salon poorly done services. I greatly appreciate her customer service.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m really confused and concerned that this place has such a high rating.

Went in with long clean natural nails and left trying not to cry. I only wanted a manicure with regular polish. Even with some of the bad reviews I figured there was no way to mess that up.

I would have walked out during the nail filling had I not been with a friend and feeling so mortified and embarrassed.

The “nail tech” that did my nails was extremely rude and uninterested. He didn’t ask what I wanted, stopped filling my nails to use his phone & watch tv, didn’t wear gloves, dug his own sharp nails underneath mine, gave me the wrong color, cut my nails wonky and extremely short after I specially asked to leave them long. My cuticles were never touched, and he painted right over them. After doing my base coat, while they were still wet, I was asked to pull out my card and pay + tip. The layers are uneven and blotchy, he even made a comment blaming me for having them to close to the fan.

He made multiple mistakes and just slapped on more layers to cover it up. Didn’t clean up the top coat left all over my fingers and left me in the chair without giving any direction, so he could go eat. Another nail tech had to assist me with the drying station and give me nail oil.

Extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable/feel unwelcome, I’d be shocked if this person had any professional training.

My nails are now uncomfortably short, uneven, and my cuticles look ravaged.

Went straight to the store to get nail polish remover.

One of the women was extremely nice and my friend did have a better experience.

I work in customer service so I usually understand and don’t mind when service is lacking but this was pretty bad.

I was visiting Charleston, SC and was in need of a Pedicure. The owner greeted me when I arrived. I was in a chair within 10 minutes. She was so professional and friendly during my visit. Whenever I’m in Charleston again, I will definitely visit Pro Nails 2. Great experience!

Update: my nails now have severe lifting on 8 nails, and acrylic on the skin of another.

Original review: First of all, the smell. HEAVY incense and cigarettes. My eyes burned. I'm going to ride away with my windows down for some air. The shop looks tacky with random power tools, and loose wires.the equipment is covered with nail polish. Prices are okay. BE CLEAR because they will do whatever to your nails and charge you extra. I played musical chairs and 3 different ppl worked on me. Nails look okay. I asked for long almond shaped clear polish. Owners seems cheap. The towels to dry your hands are cheap shop towels (car towels). I can't deal.
